Chez Alice was amazing to work with. My first experience with them was through email, I was trying to set up a tasting with them. As I had never done this before I wasnt sure what to expect, however, the really put me at easy with their quick and friendly reaponces. The day of the tasting was great, all the food we sampled was phenomenal. Once we decided to go with them our event coordinator Devin was on top of everything. Ma king sure every detail was exactly as we wanted. A few months before our big day we got an email from her stating she had taken another position and was leaving the company. I was extremely worried that the transition to another event coordinator was going to be messy, however, Im happy to say it was such a smooth one. Our new event coordinator Amanda was just as amazing. She made sure she was up to speed on everything and when we went to the venue for another walk through she made sure she had every little detail down. She responded to every email very quickly and was there whenever we needed her. The day of the wedding, the staff was incredible. They served food and drinks with such quick and friendly service. Amanda was fantastic, she made sure we had everything we needed and was always asking us if there was anything we need. Her and her staff really did everything to make sure our night was the best it could be, and it was. As for the food at the wedding... simply amazing! Sometimes you try food during a tasting and it doesnt taste the same the day of the event but that was not the case with Chez Alice. All the hors doeuvres were delicious. We had a mashed potato bar our guests raved about. The plated dinners were cooked to perfection and the mini desert bar, I barely got to eat any of it cause all our guests couldnt get enough of it. Overall, I would absolutely use them again without hesitation and I suggest them to anyone looking for a caterer that Id really going to make sure your wedding day is perfect

My family has used Chez Alice to help cater big events and small family get togethers. One of the things that I love about them is that they are always wiling to work with us to create a great menu that fits within our budget. Our event coordinator is fabulous! She is always there to provide suggestions to ensure that all details have been thought of to make my party a success! In regard to the food... One word YUM! Steak, pirogues, root vegetable dish, salmon... I could go on and on. Give them a call you wont be disappointed.

The staff was friendly and went out of their way to make sure each party was a success. The food was absolutely delicious, and they left my kitchen cleaner than it was before they arrived. We had our wedding catered through Chez Alice and it could not have gone more smoothly. Nora, our wedding planner, was thorough, flexible, responsive and very personable. The menu and food prep managed by Kelly was excellent! The service staff were pleasant and helpful. If you want great food, excellent coordination (Nora!) and a minimum of stress, I strongly recommend Chez Alice.

I always come here for my FAVORITE banana nutella crepes! The salads and sandwiches are amazing, and their baked goods are amazing as well. Highly recommend getting ANYTHING with chocolate mousse in it.

great menu, but food is always stale. lettuce is wilty or rotten on salads. bread is stale and dry. its really annoying to spend $12.00 on lunch and have it ALWAYS be a disappointment.
