I live 8 miles away and have been a customer here since the store opened. The owner Dave Heffernan is a cheap, penny pincher when it comes to the food sold here. He has skimped on the salads many times to increase profits and I have spoken to him a few times for this reason. The last straw was today when my husband picked up 2 grilled garden salads for me after work ( he had to drive about 15 miles to get there during a summer heat wave and high gas prices). When I looked at the salads, I immediately noticed on 3 small slivers of chicken instead of the sliced chicken breast that is SUPPOSED to come on this salad. The store in Newtown, PA ALWAYS provides a good salad, but NOT HERE at Daves place. I called corporate customer service with no assistance and as a result, I will never buy from a Chick Fil A again - guaranteed. By the way, I drove back to the store and returned boyh salads untouched. Dave, the cheapskate was there and with no apology.

I had Mold on my bread!!!! I love Chick Fil A So when I saw it was so close to Sesame Place I couldnt resist. The Place was mobbed but they had a lot of employees running around. Friendly staff but we still had to wait 15 minutes for a sandwich and 2 orders of chicken strips. Im surprised a busy place like that operation has old bread. Maybe Im just spoiled because Ive always eaten at Paramus Park where the line is always long but it goes super fast and the food is always fresh, ready and hot. Unfortunately, this place in Langhorne has ruined Chick fil A for me. At least until I can get the image of my half eaten sandwich with moldy bread out of my head. Gross!

This is 1 of the only 2 fast food places that we go to, and with good reason. The food is always fresh, served at the proper temperature, and delicious. The staff goes above and beyond to make customers feel like welcomed guests. They are extremely efficient, and friendly, making sure that your meal arrives in great time. This location has hosted fundraising nights for us for several years in a row now. They manage to accommodate our entire school population, and everyone is happy! Keep up the wonderful work, Chick-Fil-A Oxford Valley! We will definitely visit again soon!

Love the egg, cheese & bacon breakfast biscuit that they serve until 10:30 am. They also have other good breakfast choices but this one is my favorite. The staff is friendly and service is always prompt. Of course later in the day they have all their great chicken choices and the place is very busy. The great breakfast choices seem to almost be a secret and the place is a bit quieter and is bright, cheery place to start your day.

[In the voice of "The Most Interesting Man in the World"] I dont always eat fast food, but when I do, I eat spicy Chick-fil-a sandwiches. Friendly service, good food. The traffic situation is a bit rough during weekday lunch, but they make the best of it with what they have (first double lane drive thru Ive ever seen). Cairn University students and employees get a nice discount with ID!

Always nice and quick! Despite being a very busy location (right next to Sesame Place), they do an excellent job at managing customers. They are very accommodating as far as pickiness is concerned. I pick up for the office sometimes who have very particular tastes. If I forget something regarding the order, they will do whatever they can to help me out.

This place is world class. The experience here surpasses any other fast food place ever visited. Attention to detail and client needs is extremely evident. Deneiese, the shift Leader at this location is extremely a pleasure. Shes like a magnet. You can tell she really cares and its genuine. Great place. Great food. Great experience.

We did a two days sesame place weekend an since where from New York and dont have this restaurant there, we went there two days in the row. Fantastic chicken sandwiches, great shakes. I love! The Buffalo sauce. Sweet sriracha too. The staff are very good and very well mannered. Thank you for having us

This location is great like the one I frequent in Bensalem. Awesome chicken, extraordinary service, clean and accommodating decor, and they upped the ante here. They redesigned the Drive-thru to accommodate twice as many customers, all the while keeping wait times to a minimum. Stellar work.

A step above all other fast food joints. Service is REALLY fast, food is great (honey roasted BBQ sauce is amazing on everything) and all the staff are extremely pleasant and courteous. Learned from the Mgr that at rush hour they will have about 50 staff on the clock. No wonder theyre fast!

The crew here was extremely gracious to me Im handicapped my sugar was low I didnt feel well and I was alone and the manager got me my order they took care of me very well its a very busy store but it runs very fluently very nice. Definitely a 5-star store

The recent publicity and subsequent liberal ban certainly has not had any negative affects. I was fortunate to even be able to get a parking spot and this place is running like a well engineered machine. Ive never tried the food before... its delicious.

Ive never been here and there wasnt a long line. Most times they skip me and allow multiple cars to order before coming back to my lane. Going inside seems to be the only way to receive quality service and get fair treatment as a customer

Really enjoyed coming here the few times weve visited. Perfect for kids 2+ in age. The building is huge and Curious George is now a permanent fixture (check for the schedule). I will visit more in the future when were in the area.

Awesome place, food and staff are fantastic had a daddy daughter night that included rose for my daughter a limo ride abd full waited on dinner staff dressed in shirts and ties. All free just posted for standard meal.

The food is great, the only downside is this is a busy store. They have added a second drive thru lane, so the service is not as slow as you might expect when you pull in. Easily the best fast food in the area.

Fast service and the staff are always in great spirits (even on the worst of days). Drive thru can be a longer process during lunch or dinner hours but the staff works hard and keeps it moving at a great pace.
