The receptionist was very rude! She completely made me feel unwelcomed. I asked for a blow out and she said "we dont do your kind of hair" WTF kind of salon is this for whites only?? Im a cosmetologist myself. If you know how to do hair it shouldnt matter what type of hair a person has. I didnt ask for hair weave or braiding I asked for a damn blow out... how more simple of a task is that??? INCOMPETENCE! There was certainly a better way to handle this then to make a person feel inadequate when a customer is trying to give you business. Dont discriminate! Its just bad for business. Get a new receptionist!!!!!!

Jenn has been doing my hair for 6+ years and every single time I walk out of her salon I feel like a rockstar! She is truly artist of cut and color, always taking the time to understand the look I want to achieve and how to execute it. Beyond her talents as a hair stylist, she creates a unparalleled atmosphere that is warm, welcoming, and allows every client feel like a goddess. This salon is truly an experience.
