The company was recommended to me by a neighbor who really liked their work. I had a fair estimate, and decided to hire them for a project! I scheduled and confirmed a date with the sales person about 4 days in advance. On the date of work, no crew showed up. I called and was told there was a scheduling issue (after Id cleared and planned my whole day with my three kids to be available but out of the house). There would be no compensation, but "can they come tomorrow?" I called the office to speak to the owner to politely express my frustration and to find out if they could give me any discount at all for the no show. I was told the owner would call. I was never called. At the end of the business day I called the office again. I was told that the owner was too busy to call me, and that they could come back tomorrow and apologize, but there would be no discount. I politely said that, since no crew came to work with no word until I called to check on things, and I couldnt even speak to the owner about the issue, I would rather cancel as day of my time was wasted, and I feel like I cant trust the service or warranty. Very disappointing experience.

We used Frank and CertraPro painting about 2 years ago and it was a stress-free experience. They did a great job and completed painting the whole house in a timely manner. Im writing this review now as we had one spot that appeared to not to take the paint well. I emailed Frank about this and he was over the same day to check it out. Within a short period of time he had his team come out and redo that area. No hassle at all, as this company clearly stands by their work and warranty. Would recommend!

Had a great experience with Certa Pro Painters. Extremely professional to work with and couldnt be nicer throughout the experience. They did a beautiful job in our home.
