There happened to be only one barber in there when I went in, for my scheduled appointment, and to my delight he was ready and waiting just for me as my 3pm cut time was closely approaching and I just so happened to be a little early. The barber, whose name is escaping me right now, listened to exactly what type of haircut I requested and got right to work. Now, one of my biggest complaints with my old barber, was his use of a buzzer and comb technique in order to fade out layer in my back and side hair (I wear my hair longer than most... Think like Matthew McConaugheys hair.) When I voiced this opinion and request it not be done in place of a good ole fashioned layer job done the right way with a comb and scissors, the barber laughed and returned my sentiment for hating when other barbers take the lazy route and use a buzzer to perform this task. So off he went with his scissors and within 30 minutes, as off I was cut by Edward Scissorhands himself, I looked into the mirror and to my astonishment, I was looking at quite possibly the best haircut I have ever received, and I say that with the utmost honesty and hesitation on embellishment. He had layered my hair into beautiful sections that actually complimented the shape of my head, which when I then asked, he told me he takes shape of the customers head into account each time, which then dictates how he performs each individual cut he does on a hair style particularly like mine. I was so absolutely pleased with the outcome, I vowed to take the 45 minute trip to see him each time I needed a cut from here on out and I meant it. Right when I post this comment, i will be calling to make an appointment and subsequently be enjoying the next 4 months with my awesome and perfectly executed haircut that I, without a doubt in my mind, will be receiving again, once I sit in that chair. I recommended this barber to everyone I know and will continue to do so, hes just that good at what he does. Being an individual who has always had beautifully long hair, Im always weary of getting it cut by those who clearly dont either have long hair or dont cut long hair on a daily basis but I stuck gold because not only does this barber used to have longer hair and know exactly what I meant when I was describing what I wanted, but he used to work at one of the most well known and prestigious womans salon before coming to work at Look Sharp, so its safe to say, he knows his way around hair that isnt just your typical mans buzz cut or Boosie Fade or that new cut all the guys are getting to look like Jimmy Darmody from Boardwalk Empire. 5 out of 5 Stars, would recommend to everyone to try this guy out and I promise youll never go back to your old senile barber again. This guy is the real deal. Hopefully Ill be able to post a picture of my next haircut just so you can see what I mean when I see hes the best. LOVED this place! got a great haircut by Sean the owner. He asked what I wanted, and told me what he think would look best. He said with my head shape and hair, he knew what would look best for me, and he got it spot on! Not only did he give a great cut, but he showed me how to style it too, which no barber has ever done! Sean was super personal great to talk with as he cut my hair. He also really cared about making me look good, and not just getting me in and out! They really care about making their customers look good here, and you dont find that everywhere! Cant wait to come back again! I just wish I could bring this place back up to school with me in MA for the year!

Started going to Sean a couple months ago and Ill never go to anyone else as long as hes in the business. I live two minutes from the little falls location and drive to morristown just to have him style my hair. City Looks is great - you can use their app to book/cancel appointments so you dont have to wait as a walk in. They dont over-charge like other barbers in this area. Above all, they offer a friendly, clean and comfortable environment. If youre looking for a barber that knows what hes doing you have to go to Sean at City Looks .

One of the best haircuts Ive ever gotten. Go to Mike!! Its always a gamble when you go into a new barber shop, especially if youre like me and really particular with your hair and your fade. He knew exactly what I was talking about, and knows all the modern cuts, and even the fresh old school cuts too. He knows it all! And I saw the other barber there giving great cuts too. I would definitely recommend. Never going anywhere else now.

I made an appoint for my husband who was stuck in traffic and got to the barbershop 15- 20 minutes late for the appointment due to the torrential rain and flooding on the roads. The woman refused to give him a hair cut despite the fact the place was EMPTY. No wonder why it is empty- AVOID THIS PLACE. I wish we could give it ZERO stars. I would understand if they had other customers waiting but to refuse service is shocking.

The owner Sean is one of the top barbers in the business. Highly professional, great customer service and timely service are just a few highlights of your experience at City Looks Morristown. I would highly recommend this barber shop if your looking for a new barbershop in the Morristown area. Sean has been cutting my hair for close to a year now and is extremely knowledagable in his craft.

I followed the owner of this location, Sean, from his previous location and to this new one that he just opened in June of 2017. I will never need to look for a new barber again because Sean cuts my hair perfectly ever single time. He is reliable and professional, and I walk out every time with an amazing cut that keeps me coming back again and again. Well worth the price!

With new ownership as of June 2017 the new barber Sean is a really friendly guy and very serious into his job. His fades are top notch. I also had a second haircut with his partner Mike and he is equally as good. Its a bit pricey but its well worth it. I recommend this place, be sure to book an appointment because its starting to get busy.

I never really write REVIEWS, however my experience at Look Sharp has been AMAZING! I received a haircut that was exactly what I wanted. Finished with a shave with a straight razor and a Hot Towel around the neck and back for No extra charge. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a Modern Barbershop Experience
