I just moved to the area, and seeking to establish natural and organic service connections, called this salon to make an appointment for haircare and vitamin consultation from their Eminence line (as one has to go through salons/distributors for these products). The phone was constantly busy and the two times I did get through, was quickly put on hold, but each time the line went dead as the receptionist(s) apparently do not understand their own phone system. I called back a third time and asked to please not be put on hold again and explained that I was hung up on twice, at which point the receptionist became very rude and began to give excuses for how that could not have happened and why. In my understanding of customer service, one is to apoligize and move on to helping the customer, the aim of any business. In this case, however, it seems the receptionists intent to point out how she could not have made a mistake was a bit more important than that goal. I was finally able to ask a question and she said she would have to get someone to call me back at which point I began to say, "I dont know if I want to deal with the phone service again. Can I speak to someone now?" But she cut me off mid-sentence and said, "I dont want to deal with you either!" and hung up. My title suffices for my assessment of this encounter with the salon. Its a shame; they seem very new and have a great concept going and it would seem logical that they would want good reviews (at this point I have seen none). For the hair designers, stylists and esteticians that I did not have a chance to meet, I would perhaps suggest a better screening system so that any potential clients might be able to experience your services.

First let me start by saying, I am very surprised there are not more reviews of this place. I was so nervous to try a new salon after getting my hair done in the city at a top salon for years. I made an appt with Jessie Hsu and from the moment I started talking to her, I was completely impressed not to mention at ease. She was so knowledgable about cutting curly hair and color, I was shocked. I have been bouncing around from place to place trying to find a decent stylist and I am definately here to stay. Their concept and products are amazing. The whole salon is gorgeous in addition to being environmentally friendly. During the few hours I was there, I never heard any off color discussions or gossip, no whispering and negativity like in most other salons, which for me is a real turn off. Biba waxed my eyebrows and did A FANTASTIC JOB. Getting a facial from her soon. My hair came out amazing, I felt like a new person. The women at the front desk were so sweet and yet professinal. I cant say enough good things. I really loved this place. Definitely try it out you wont be sorry.

I have been a client at Salon Botanique Eco-Chic since it opened, and I cannot imagine having my hair done anywhere else. There are lots of places I could go that are closer to my home, but if any place is worth driving to, its this salon. My stylist is fantastic, I put my hair and my trust in her hands, and I always walk out looking and feeling like a million bucks. She takes the best care of me. I also see how the other stylists and assistants operate, and they are all excellent at making clients look and feel their best. The atmosphere of the salon is perfect - chic yet comfortable, professional yet relaxed. It is a first-rate salon with a down-to-earth soul. Possibly the best factor of all is that the products they use on my hair are of the best quality, never tested on animals, and are not full of harsh chemicals. To me, that is priceless.

My wife Stacy has been in the hair business for over 29 years. The salon strives on service and continual education. The salon received numerous awards to include service awards from 2011-2016. We appreciate the positive reviews from Google users but you have to wonder about some one that posted negative reviews under an anonymous user account. As business owners we stand behind our work and never allow a customer to leave unsatisfied!!

Would highly recommend. Very professional and friendly. Opened up early just so that our weddings party could get through on time. Started and restarted started my hair two more times to make sure it was perfect and would stay up. Didnt just leave it the first time. Worked tirelessly to give us perfection that would hold for over 24 hours. Very pleased.

I have been going to this salon for about 8 years now. I have been with Jess Ullman and she gives me amazing hairstyles and colors. I love to change it up and she always has something fun to do with my hair. My kids both go to Carolyn and they love her. She listens to them and gives them great cuts. I am very happy with the stylists and products.

Just went here for the first time. I had my hair colored by Carolyn, who was absolutely wonderful. She gave me great advice and did an amazing job. Will be going back to Carolyn in the future. Nice find!
