Chetna managed to screw up the simplest mens haircut because, apparently, working with the customer isnt important. She did her job in 4 minutes, untied the cape and left to the back. Did not check if I was satisfied, did not show me the back of my head, it seemed like she couldnt wait to get away. My hair is not blended from the side to the top, and looks like I have a toupee. Stray clumps of hair all over my head. I didnt think it was possible to screw up such a simple hair cut. Amazed at the lack of customer service and lack of attention to detail. Extremeley disappointed in this lack of common courtesy and professionalism. Theres is a reason why the prices are cheaper. If you go there, ask for someone who cares about their customers.

Horrible salon. Ruined my eyebrows. while haircut she pulled my hair so bad. After i mentioned that the owner got so angry showed me an attitude and didnt care at all. Dont even feel like giving one star. she is not gentle with kids as well.
