I absolutely hate the service and experience. It ruined my whole day. Terrible service. I bought a 2 eyebrow threading sessions and the staff marked my groupon redeemed during my first session. I had called in advance, mentioned my groupon and was informed I didnt need an appointment and to come in anytime which I did. The woman doing my eyebrows did not ask me what shape nor did she sanitize her hands. But it was ok. I left a 100% gratuity since the service was only $5 per session. She recorded my groupon, marked it redeemed on my phone then gave me a card and wrote down that I had 1 prepaid session left. Now fast forward to my second session, I called to inform them I wanted to redeem my second session, asked if I needed an appointment and once again was told I can come in anytime that day. A seemingly teenager did my eyebrows this time and it was much more painful than the first time and she asked me to pull my skin this way and that. I also hear the owner on the phone in the background with an angry tone and yelling across the room to her staff in Hindi. After the session I gave her the card that they gave me with the handwritten note that I had one more session. The bad part begins: 1) Ownner comes out and starts raising her voice at me telling me that the used groupon should pull up from my phone. It would not because they marked it used the first time. 2) she instructs me to enter my information on an iPad and proceeds to lecture me that the first time I went, the iPad wasnt there and her helper was the one who hand wrote that I had one more session. I say "...ok"... I was so confused why I (a customer) was getting yelled at about their iPad schedule. 3) she proceeds to tell me I should have called to set an appointment, which I did both times. And that its in groupings terms and conditions. Again, shocked I say "...uh, ok, thats exactly what I did. Your staff told me I could come in" 4) continues her rant to say gratuity is not included in the groupon, which I already left a 100% gratuity the first time. 5) questions me about what time and when I called to set an appointment and says that I should do it during the weekdays and to call way in advance. First if all, they could very much tell me that they are fully booked and inform me when they can take me in. 6) I finally got fed up and asked the owner "so what is the problem and what do you need from me?" To which she said nothing because they can look up my name to pull up my information and groupon. I was so upset!! The owners rant probably took longer than the service. I was shocked and appalled and thoroughly disappointed about how I was treated as a customer. Id rather go to a place 3x as expensive but highly professional. Save your positivity because youll need all of it if you go to this place. It was a simple service turned super stressful.

"MOST ARROGANT AND HORRIBLE OWNER" award goes to the owner of this salon. I went to the salon for the first time to get my eyebrows done after buying a Groupon for 2 eye brows. In the absence of the owner, her daughter was taking care of the salon. I called prior and told the daughter that I wanted to get eyebrows and she asked me to come over. When I went, the daughter with a lot of confidence told me that she would be able to do my eyebrows. She plucked a few hairs in a very weird fashion and asked me to come back after a day or two when her mother/the head beautician comes back. When I went back after 2 days the owner was there. She did my eye brows and demanded for a tip. I did not carry cash on me that day , when I told her that she warned me not to come next time without cash to pay for tip. I went back in March again to the salon even though I knew how rude the owner just so I could use the remaining balance. I called her up and asked her if I needed to take an appointment. She asked me to walk in and said there is no appointment needed. I went in after an hour and a half. She made me wait for 20 mins and did not even bother to apologize for making me wait. I got my eyebrows done and then told her that my Groupon expired. She got very furious and started yelling at me. I tried to explain to her what Groupons rules are and she was adamant to even listen. I paid her the $5 and then showed her Groupons rules and mind you the same rules were also part of the Ad this WONDERFUL lady posted. The fine print clearly says "THE PROMOTIONAL VALUE WILL EXPIRE ON THE DATE SPECFIFIED IN THE OFFER. THE AMOUNT PAID WILL NEVER EXPIRE AND MUST CONTINUE TO BE HONORED BY THE MERCHANT AFTER THE PROMOTIONAL VALUE EXPIRES". Even after showing her the fine print she did not agree to listen to me and got very offensive and started to yell at me on top her voice. She also mentioned that I did not come on time (how on earth does on go on time when there is no appointment needed?) . After getting back from the salon I even called up Groupon to check if my understanding was wrong,but hey it turns out I do understand English unlike this Owner at the Salon. I totally understand it is a matter of $5, but this lady lacks decency and is one of the worst people/Salon I have ever come across. P.s: Even if one goes to the salon to get eyebrows without the groupon the cost is only $5.

Bad Person with very bad attitude. When we go for free trail she will do nothing. When we ask her to show some hairstyle or makeup she will say i charge 50 dollars for trail which she never mentioned on the phone. she will make us trust her that she will do very well on the final day. But on the final day she wont do what we want. She will say set your hairstyle by yourself and i will just do pinup. when i went there she gave us a price for hairstyle makeup and saree. but on the final day she said i wont help you wear saree with such a bad attitude just because she wanted to charge me more. She will not even help wear jewelery nor give Bindi. She dont have any kind of hair decorations. when i went to book her she said i will bring all best decorations but on final day she wont bring anything. She will also not put enough pins in my hair and saree so hair and saree both comes out middle of the function.She took 100 dollar deposit for me which she said she will return when i send her all the pins she put in my hair which was less than 7.which i agreed. when i sent her all her safety pins and other pins, she never return my deposit. she will also not answer my phone because she dont want to return my deposit. About her work, she does not know any kind of makeup. She will say i will do air brush makeup but she dont have proper brush. she will do very very unfinished makeup and worst hairstyle i ever seen. I can do much better hairstyle and makeup by myself. I would never suggest her for your any kind of function because we cannot do anything on that day and she will spoil your function and money. At last i will say if she continues to keep her attitude she has to close down her salon.
