I had a 12:00 appt and checked in with the receptionist around 12:05..12:30 rolls around and I didnt even get so much as an acknowledgement from the hair stylist who mind you was 10 feet away and could see the annoyance in my face. I left when the receptionist started straightening her hair and again did not even say so much as "hey sorry about the wait do you need anything?". So unprofessional! DONT GO!

Went there out of convenience because my kids were getting cut next door. My hair is totally screwed up. Let it be known I have straight hair which seems like itd be easy to cut. I will never go back. For the record they totally screwed up my kids hair too. Their bangs were crooked and she cut them from like the back of the top of her head. Layers were uneven too.

My Stylist is Nickie. I have followed her for years. She wants everything to always be perfect. she always has great ideas when I want to make changes. I have also had Sam and Syreena do my hair when not available. They are both excellent.

My hair stylist is Sam and whenever I go, she always does my hair how I want. I never leave unsatisfied, and the price is pretty economical. Im surprised the other rater dogged the place, I love it there.
