Worst even horrible - Dont go to this saloon..-ve star mark This was my 2nd visit. I thought this time I will get better service. Being an Indian I hate those 2 senior people they dont know how to talk or courtesy towords customer. First thing.. the senor old people did not even listen to me how I wanted it cut. Just did what he wanted to. He was cutting my hair looking other girls and customer. He always seems like busy person in the world. Then forget to dry my hair..said your done.. Forget about dry, he didnt even clean remaining hair on my face and ears.. Worst people i ever seen in USA being Indian I hate this Salon and horrified by their service. At last he was expecting tips from me..what the hell ? I dont know about girls but being boy. I will never go back again.

This is why I cannot stand Indians---they give zero shits about proper hygiene and good customer service. First of all, none of their equipment looks like it has been sanitized in years. Second of all, the floor is always dirty. Third of all, they all speak in their native languages and dont even bother making their customers feel comfortable. I went in there once and gave the lady $3 in dollar bills and gave her $2 in quarters and she refused to take the quarters, angrily asking me "What am I supposed to do with this? I dont have use for quarters." What kind of place doesnt have change in their cash register??? Wish I could give 0 stars about this place...

If there could be a rating less than this star, I would have chosen that. Its a shame you face discrimination, around 5 to 6 girls are sitting free, but no one will take u for hair cut, they will point out at one overworked gentleman that he will take care of you. This person is old and takes Atleast 30 mins for a single haircut, while waiting there if any American or white enters the salon all these 5 to 6 free girls will get up and start giving him service his hair cut or shave anything. Thats a Shame

This place is horrible. Just coming out and could not resist writing the review. Went there because they were open on Sun eve but should have guessed better looking at other reviews. They made fun of guy who had come before me as he took a call and entire crew started laughing and passing comments, this must have gone on for more than 5 mins. When my turn came the person wasnt interested at all. He hardly spent few mins and threw cloth on floor as soon as it was done.

My friends suggested me that this parlor is not good the owner is very rude yesterday I have experienced it... I went to the parlor for eyebrows threading and the parlor was opened that time suddenly the worker said its closed I requested her it was raining too the owner came n said its closed I requested him he said in a rude manner OUT we are late for the party Is it the way to behave with the customers he can said this thing politically too but he didnt...

Very Poor customer service. Sat there for 45 minutes and later uncle told me that he will not take any new customer that point onwards. They dont take appointments which is fine but at least they should be aware of new customers coming and informing them how much time it will take or at least whether they should wait or come next day, etc. There are plenty of options in near by areas so I prefer NOT to go at this place anymore.

Never gonna go there again!! they messed up my hair!! they really didnt listen to me when i told them what kind of haircut do i want! i had long hair and told them to keep the length and they chopped my entire hair. they cut my bangs too short too!!!! HATE it!!!! Never in my life gonna back there again.

AMAZING Place !!!!!!!!! This is my second time coming to this salon couldnt be happier with my experience. I got my waxing and facial done it was great experience. Service was amazing and nice clean place. I highly recommend coming to this salon.

I asked my hair to be cut not too short, but the lady made me almost bald ! I think I would have done a better job at it myself. The staff is most probably not trained and their idea of a hair cut seems to be just that-cutting hair.

Worse salon ever. They dont know how to pierce and I got infected. They suck at eyebrows and theyre so dirty. They dont clean property i felt gross when i went there. Dont go here!!!!

Horrible experience when I got my eyebrows done. The lady who did eyebrows was very rude and irritated. I would never recommend this to anyone.
