I walked into the barbershop and asked for a fade. I ended up walking out with an average crew cut. The instant the barbers clippers touched the hair on the top of my head I should have spoke up and stopped her, that is my fault, but at no point in time did I ask for any of the hair on the top of my hair to be shortened. I showed the barber a picture of a person with a fade. Long slick back on top and the fade on the side. Dont take liberties with what you think my hair should look like. I asked for a fade, not a crew cut. I will NEVER go to this place again. The only reason I paid the barber at all was because she did provide me the service of a haircut, regardless of how completely she ignored my wishes.

I love this place. Came in for my monthly cut and had Barber Owner Angela for the first time. She was attentive and had great ideas for what I should consider to get ready for summer. She has great energy and made sure I was comfortable as she works on my fade. Love her sense of humor. I previously had Jimmy (who has passed) cut my hair and he was just as awesome. This place is honestly as good as it gets.

Just came from getting my hair cut from the Brass Eagle and really feel Ive never had a better cut. The service was excellent and everyone made me feel really comfortable. I dont know why theres a negative comment, as this is one of the better barber shops I have been too. If youre looking for a great cut, great prices, and great service definitely go to the Brass Eagle.

I have been getting my haircut here for years. They always greet me with a smile and are very welcoming. Never had to wait longer than fifteen minutes. The haircut I get is very tight and always exactly what I ask for. Overall a good friendly atmosphere. Great haircut. The owner brings her dog in with her to the barber shop most days. Nice dog. Shy but very sweet.

They do not talk to you when you come in as to when you are going to get your hair cut. The man finished his client and then went in the back for a half hour while I waited without a word. The women struggled cutting long hair and ended up making me look like Lloyd Christmas. A little too much money for a bad haircut and no shaving. I would look elsewhere.

I have been going to the Brass Eagle for 5 years and I have always received a great haircut. Angela and Kim are very friendly and always aim to please when you enter the shop. They have great prices and are kid friendly.

What a great place!!! I found this place almost a year ago and wouldnt think of going anywhere else. The barbers are all so nice, welcoming and detail oriented. I highly recommend trying them out, youll never look back!!!

Places hours say it opens at nine am. So I show up and no one is there there was a "we will be back at ten sign up. Place was lights out when it should be open and it wasnt fun to get too either.
