I liked going there. I really did. The atmosphere was fun. I always left with a great haircut. There were even periods of time I went once a week. The prices were beyond fair. Haircuts were fast and consistent, so whats not to like? Ill tell you what: after going here for over 2 years and tipping $3 every visit, I mentioned that I was upset about something. What did I get for it? I was told that I wasnt a loyal customer and for the next 3 minutes, endured verbal abuse, all in the middle of my haircut. I will not be going back, ever, and Ill be sharing more intimate details of my story with my friends. What happened that day was not okay.
