Jackie, the manager in this location has horrible customer service skills. called in for a cut 45 minutes in advance, 1 person was ahead of me at time of call. I got there on time as directed and when i walked in the door 2 more people were ahead of me and waited over 30 minutes and still wasnt in a chair. on my way out Jackie had no apologys, no excuses, just a whatever attitude. I will never go and never recommend anyone to go to this location for a cut. The haircuts in this location has been nothing better than average over the last few months.

LISA is the best. I go for cut and color and she does my hair perfect every time. She has the best eye for color. She is really nice and a super hottie. (tell her to stop smokin if u see her!) the staff is always friendly. Its always best to give yourself a few minutes. Its a busy location because they are good at what they do. Lisa rocks.
