Jose Serrano Im sorry you feel that way but your obviously confused about something here because the ladies at carisma hair salon are nothing but nice and the owner wouldnt let anyone walk out with a bad haircut.Very professional and over 30 years of experience come to the salon and find out for yourself guarantee satisfaction.
