The stylists who work here are very talented, friendly, and lovely people; however when scheduling an appointment with a specific employee the receptionist may schedule you for someone new without informing you prior to your appointment. This has happened to myself and to people I know who also go here multiple times, and is unprofessional for an otherwise stellar salon.
