Wanted to take a moment and say that I am Blown Away at the professionalism of Eric Alt salon !!!! I am new to this area and have tried 5 salons before I found Eric Alt and never felt liked I had my hair done when I left ; until today Everything from the moment I called to make an appt. To floating out the door was a 5 star Experence !!! I look 10 years younger and Olivia my stylist knew exsactly what would look Amazing on me I got single process highlights cut glaze and a blow out and was pleasantly surprised on how affordable all of the services were and it was worth every penny !!! I cant wait to return for touch ups and other services in the near future ! Completely made my week and since it is my 58 the birthday it was even better :)) They truly are educated pros .!!! It was an increadable Experence and I felt totally Cared for and valued . Thank you Olivia you are soo talented and you Rock ! A True Master and soo humble

Staff is very friendly and place is very nice and quaint. Was over charged over $100 after being given a quote by the receptionist and gave me an extremely hard time when I questioned the difference. They did not even do what I had paid for/asked and hidden a few extra things in the process to Jack up the price. You really have to question each thing they do because it adds up. Place is very expensive to begin with and was very displeased with how the receptionist responded to the issue and the color I walked out with. Will not go back.

This salon is great! The staff if very friendly and accommodating. I got my hair painted by Brittany and I am in love with it! She did an amazing job, it is so natural looking and the blow dry came out beautiful as well. I could tell Brittany really keeps up with what is trending with hair color and she was headed to a class in LA taught by a celebrity colorist so I will deff be back for more!

I am so excited to have found a New York styled salon in new jersey. I have tried may other salon sin the area and was unsatisfied every time. The experience in the salon was casual with a cool vibe and i honestly could tell that it was going to be great because the stylist were all so kind and knowledgable. It is a definite must if your looking to switch over from a New York salon.

Very warm, professional and welcoming staff. Im a busy full time working mother with four kids at home - so when Im at the salon for my appointment, I can honestly say that I truly enjoying spending time there in a relaxed, comfortable environment. Plus, I absolutely love my stylist who does an amazing job every single time (Brittney)!

The stylists will do things without asking you just to jack up the price such as a $45 hair lotion. Hair also did not turn out like the picture at all even though i was told they could do it. The receptionist/manager has a nasty personality and really does not care about the customer whatsoever. Will never go back to this place.
