I got my worst haircut ever from Supercuts at Stony Point NY. However, this pertains to all Supercuts. I have been a supercuts customer for many years. I have a card filled with employee signatures that entitles me to a free haircut. There is no expiration on it but no supercuts in my area will accept it. I tried calling customer service and it was like talking to a wall. Even the supervisor was useless and just parroted what everyone else said, "we no longer accept that card". They could have exchanged this for a gift card, but refused. It didnt matter that I am a long time customer that they were about to lose. As a result I will no longer be using any supercuts anywhere and will be posting this review every where possible. I hope it was worth it, Supercuts.

If you love to wait go here. The hairstylists are too focused on chatting among one another to realize not only have I been sitting here 34 minutes exaxtly but 3 other customers walked in which 1 walked out. Dont blame them. Management needs to come in and tell these people to stop chatting and do you jobs. Also stop complaing about tips. You probably dont deserve it.

Been coming here for 4 years. They saved my hair after me and my friend fried it. Always do a great job with cuts and color. couldnt be happier with them. ive been to other super cuts b4 but this one is the best in my book. And the prices are always reasonable

The customer service of this establishment needs a complete overhaul. The fact that I was not a priority I could handle but the terrible haircut on top of that just ensured I would never come back to this location ever again.
