I went to TN to get my roots touched up and my hair hightlight. I walked in with short eggplant colored hair walked out with the most butchered highlights ever. Mid process they decided to tell me that I wouldnt be able to reach the level of blonde hightlights I planned on getting and I would end up with Carmel... which is fine, but my highlights ended up a dull pinkish. I complained about the color and they asked me to call back next wednesday. Its Friday. Nothing for nothing if I pay for a touch up an highlights with a $20 dollar tip and Im not happy the least you can do is fix it ASAP not tell me to call back 6 days later. In my opinion this salon is terrible, and if you want your hair done look into another salon.

Ive been their customer since they opened and I am satisfied with their service. And like the Geco pinhead just mentioned, mistakes happen, like in every business. I was the one that unintentionally and unaware cut in front of you. Im not familiar with the whole situation but the girls are usually pretty busy. If youre showing up there without an appointment, first thing u have to do is to ask if they have time to make it, whatever is on your head, to look better. They might say its impossible bc theyre all booked...or your hair is just that bad. At least you would not have to wait 30 minutes. 11 years customer .. never complained.. not even once.

TN Hair Salon is the BEST! Ive been with them the past 5 years and I wont go anywhere else. Ive gotten my hair done with just about every hair stylist there but I found Teresa to cut my hair the best. They actually LISTEN to what you want and know exactly what to do. I would recommend them to anyone.

Very bad organization. We were waiting for service over 30 minutes just to get information that they have appointments for other customers. In the meantime they serviced customer that just came and skipped line without appointment. Cannot recommend this place.
