Complete nightmare! Dont expect: A hello or any type of greeting! To be checked in like every other Supercuts Do expect: To sit and wait until theyre good and ready and tired of you sitting there. I walked in and was told after standing at the counter for 5 min to have a seat as if I was an annoyance... After watching 2 stylists finish with their customers and collect payment and tip I STILL was not greeted... Instead they walked straight away from the register to the back or to their station hoping the other stylist would take me. (FYI There were no more customers and it was 1pm on a weekday) AND NO I did not need any special hair cut.. a simple trim was all I needed no major work involved. Obviously I walked out. It was plain to see that they feel a customer is an interruption of theyre work, not the purpose of it. They have no customer training and are absolutely in the wrong business. Do yourself a favor and stay away!! Try the SuperCuts in Bayonne.. That location is run professionally and courteously.

I got my haircuts from here around 5-6 times. I go here mainly because its cheap, obviously. While I am not expecting a fantastic designer cut, the guy who cuts me hair does an `ok` job that I can live it. Hes not that great either. Today he was busy with someone else so (Christine) took me in. She is somewhat of an older woman and asked me how I want it. I said do it short 5. She started with the machine and cut my whole head in like 3 minutes. OMG I look like a soldier! Absolutely didnt care how I would look like after. Didnt pay attention to anything. But hey this is not all, my neck; still hairy. OMG Absolutely WORST ever cut in my life. Just pay 20-25 and get a decent cut. I know I will.

This place has been GOD AWFUL on two occasions. The first time my fiancee went to get his hair cut and the girl left pieces of long hair all over his head.... how hard is a buzz cut??? Then I went there just for a trim and to get side swept bangs... The girl smelled of cigarettes and hacked at my hair! I have never in my life seen someone just cut bangs like that before she cut them over my eye and now i have to straighten them and pin them back until they start to grow in a month or so. WORST PLACE ever... someone should look into if these people have their licenses. I couldnt leave fast enough I cried the whole way home and I am so angry that I paid the girl to do that to me.

I cannot disagree more with Louis. My kids have gone once and I have gone 2 times and could not be more pleased. In fact, I have been sending others by word of mouth. For me they did a fantastic dye and new style. I look fabulous (well, I still have a funny looking nose and chin, but my hair is great). I have gotten more compliments from when they do my hair than when I go to one of the fancy salons that charge 3x the price. My son had a buzz, not to short and he loved it. My daughter just got a trim, but again even and perfect.

I have going to this place for the past 3 years and its been very pleasant. I love going here the people here are very nice and friendly and the haircut is also on point. I usually get my haircut by JAZZ she is the current manager there and she does the best job I dont have to worry about anything. The service is fast and pleasant. Love this place def recommend to go here

I wish I had read the previous reviews before wandering into this supercuts. I dont think they know how to cut hair at any supercuts, but i was crossing my fingers and hoping for a good haircut. DO NOT ask for Lisa. I wont get into the details, but I had to go to some other place to get everything corrected. Horrible job.

Beware of this supercuts!! Top "stylist" if you could call her that, is terrible. This is the second worst haricut I ever got. The fist worst one was when I got into boot camp and got a buz cut!! The hair is uneven in all directions!! WIth patches on the side of my head!! Terrible... BEWARE, Get Cut at your OWN RiSK!!!!
