I normally take my sons to World Class in Denville, but decided to try the shop in Netcong. BIG MISTAKE! My 10 year old son had been growing his hair for months giving him freedom to put his hair up in a half ponytail. I gave clear instruction to leave the top long and clean the sides. Ruben went scissor happy and disregarded our request. He took off so much of the top that he might as well have given a fade. WORST, when I confronted him with our dissatisfaction, Ruben would not take any ownership of his work. He claimed that I was not clear, because I did not use the lingo "man bun". So, my request of keeping the top long, because he puts it up and clean sides was questionable? Very disappointed and would love for anyone to read this, heed my warning.... DO NOT LET RUBEN touch your hair!

I dunno what is up with this place, I see people get haircuts here and theyre awesome but some are just HORRIBLE. The inconsistency isnt how a barbers shop should be run. Makes me never want to go there even if they have good barbers for the chance that I might get someone who doesnt know how to cut. Took my brother here for a haircut, for a simple fade.... What this guy did to his hair Im speechless... uneven everywhere, side burns had 2 different shapes & one longer than the other. The back had one huge patch that was longer. I could go on but you get the point. My mom and I fixed it, if I knew we would do a better job I would have never went here. Save your $20; cut it yourself cause youll do a better job or go somewhere else.

The guys at world class are nothing but professionals at what they do. From the simplest haircut to the full treatment. when receiving the full service you will come out looking and feeling amazing. They take time time making sure every detail you requested gets done and done right the first time which will turn you into a repeated customer. Any one that hasnt visited this place will not be disappointed. Appointment are highly recommend so that your barber know exactly what you wish to receive and taken care of promptly and walk-ins are taking care of as speedy as possible. Great experience there highly recommend this place. Keep it up guy I will be a repeated customer.

To the owner....Just came back from this place. I waited 40 minutes and was the next one to be cut. One guy walks in and he is immediately taken ahead of me. A second guy comes in and he seems to be a friend of another barber there and goes ahead of me as well. I left. I am sure I am not the only one this has happened to. If it happens here on average once a day, which I am sure is a low number, thats 5 customers you lost that week. Multiple that by 52 weeks and you lost 260 customers. If they get their hair cut once a month thats 3,120 haircuts each year at $15 each or $46,800 you lost in one year. Good luck with that.

My husband has been taking my son there for the past four months, and lately, the last four cuts done on my son look horrible! This morning is a perfect example, a simple fade turned one side of his head shaved lower than the other. The front of my sons head looks like a joke. How as a "Professional barber " you dont see how uneven your customers head is? I dug into my husbands ass for not speaking up. I guess my son will be the clown of the birthday party hell be attending later. Im so disgusted and pissed off! My son wont be returning, Ill travel the 45 minutes to his original barber.

I rarely take time out to write a review, seriously. But in this case I feel that I need to let everyone know how nice and how good the barbers are at this shop. Jaun cut both of my childrens hair (10&5) and not only did he do a great job, more importantly he made my youngest son smile and feel comfortable. He got a design which takes some time and he made it a great experience for my son. Whether there are 2 people or 20 they never rush to get u out of the chair and always do it right

Ive been coming to these guys for years. They are professional and very hospitable. They have a systems where you can book your haircut appointment online and come in where its your time. Its a great system and reduces being in the barbershop longer than expected. All of the barbers are super friendly and will cut your hair just the way you want it.
