I was asked to wait an extra 5 minutes when I arrived on time when doing the online check-in. Which that really was not a big hassel. Walked in with one hair dresser assisting an 8 year old having a trim. I was observing this scene and feel the hair dresser was very rough with this child who was pleading in tears to go easier. I was then taken to the chair of a man who repeatedly asked if I had layers which I repeatedly replied yes and todays visit is for just a 1 inch trim. Thats all I was asking for, a trim! He pinned my hair in section then proceeds to trim the back of my head. After the damage was done he states that my hair was "uneven" and says he "evened it out". Which was never asked for. As I was sitting with a displeased look and a sour taste. Thr salonist who was with the 8 year old starts explain what a "brat" the child was, that the mother who was a customer was told she was wrong about her child. She states the mother says " its been like this for 3 days" salonist states she replied "YOUR WRONG THIS HAD BEEn MORE THAN A FEW DAYS, MORE LIKE WEEKS". Coming from retail where the customer is always right, never argue with a customer and always have your customer leave with a smile, I would have walked out then. These workers need a lesson on how to treat clients, clean their ears out and listen to your client, and need to be retained on hair styling skills. Do not bad mouth previous clients when you have one sitting in your chair! My layers are now being fixed by a real salon who have stated its not the first bad experience they have heard from this place.

I had my hair cut done twice so far. Im extremely picky & leary since my hair takes a long time to grow back. 1st time had TINA- 2nd time STACY...Both women: highly skilled ! ! & gave great advise for my type of hair- will request either of them for my next trim. I just want to say also, my son had to go back for a spot that was missed when he got his hair buzzed. Although not all " re-dos " can be remedied that easily- instead of bashing the place, go back- in this case Tina did his Re-do. Its also important to communicate. Last week when the Technician said I was next, I told her I preferred to wait for the other gal- I just sensed she would understand my needs better. No one took it personally.

I was bringing my daughter here for hair cuts. The last few times I went there I was not pleased. First time my daughter wanted a French braid and not one person of the 4-5 stylist knew how to do one. I thought that was a basic thing that is taught. Went back for a hair cut and her hair was uneven! I will never go back there! Id rather pay a little more and have a good hair cut! And my daughter can get a style she wants.

I brought a picture to let the hairdresser know what my style would be. She didnt mind taking looking at it very well. She told me, you dont have to show me that one I already know that. Yet it turned out to be one of the worst haircut I ever had. Be customer friendly next time Ms. Hairdresser, customer always knows best!!!!

Worst hair cut Ive ever recieved. Hairdresser shouldnt even charged me for what he did. He tried to blame it on my balayage I got previously but you can clearly see that the cut he did to my hair is obnoxiously uneven and choppy. I wish I never decided to get my hair cut there today.. Will never recommend or come back.

HORRENDOUS. My experience on Saturday (6/27/15) was horrendous. Since then I have been trying to contact the owner just to let them know and I cannot get in touch. I do not want anything from them; I just want to let them know how terrible I was treated and how horrible my hair cut is. Nasty stylist, nasty hair cut.

Nice place, decent staff but i asked to just have my back cut short and trim my sides and even out my front. Instead, I had my whole hair cut the same length very short. From what it seems on here none of them really dont know or dont go with what their customers ask them, probably not coming back here ever again.

one of the best salons Ive been to, I grew up going to barbers in the city and a girl named tina did just as good of a fade as any of them. All the girls there are very friendly and welcoming but they seem over worked and under paid if you ask me. when you go in dont be afraid to tell them exactly what you want

Pretty standard, any-town USA, haircuts. I get a cut about once a month and in the last 3 years Ive never gotten the same employee. So, theres a lot of variety but Ive never had a negative experience here. Definitely do yourself a favor and check in online before you go.
