I needed a haircut because I was fixing to go on a trip with my family. Got hair cuttery first time and I found almost all employees rude and noun professional and I believed racists too, when I sat in her chair. I believe it was how quickly can I get this guy (me) hair cut and get another person in my chair. first she said you do not need shampoo your hair already cleaned In few minutes she said it is done, she did not cut my hair just tried to make a fool, she left in halfway so I have to go other hair saloon again . Worst haircut ever, worst rude employees, Stay away from this place. I never had this kinds of experienced before.

They are Horrible! Not only did they not do the style I asked for, the hairdresser refused to wrap my hair up. She ruined my hair for my senior prom! I had to walk around with a hot mess! I even tried to give them a second chance and again they failed! They are disrespectful Im the sense that they try to cut corners doing your hair, instead of taking the time to do it properly. This woman blow dryed my hair with a paddle brush and it was just the surface of my hair; she left my roots curly. She did a horrible job. I will never go back!

Went in tonight at 8pm for a wash and trim. I was taken back immediately. Now mind you I have been coming to this exact salon since I was A kid, and Ive always come out feeling fresh and brand new. Drea was WONDERFUL. She was very helpful when providing me with the best service (just as every other stylist there has). She gave me advice on future coloring and even gave me a heads up about a promotion theyre holding on hair coloring. She was wonderful to speak to and made sure I was 100% satisifed with my new do.

if I could give them 0 stars, I would. This place is absolutely horrendous. Terrible customer service, No one ever knows whats going on. They make appointments for hairdressers who are on vacation and then when you show up for an appointment with BOTH of your kids you find out the hair dresser is on VACATION. Instead of accomodating the customer, they tell them to wait an HOUR for someone else to become available. This is my 3rd HORRENDOUS experience with this place. I will never, ever some back.

The people leaving one star reviews on here are ridiculously sensitive. Regardless, I have been coming here since the Italian barber I had visited faithfully since childhood retired; so, for about one year. I have never had any problem and my hair, or at least what is left of it, always look good. The price for a haircut is certainly reasonable. Ramona and Maria are particularly good at their jobs.

Worst hair cuttery there is!!!! Employees are rude and cant do their job properly. Price is ridiculous, they charge for everything separate, in hair cut price they only wash and cut your hair, to get it blow dry they chang for it separately. And if you have a long hair they charge even more then it should be. The only one place that I had to pay separately to get my hair dry. RIDICULOUS!

Worst haircut ever! I came in at 8 (they close at 9) and the lady was rushing me out of there so quickly that she cut my hair unevenly. My bangs are a disaster and my hair is two inches shorter than I wanted. I will never be returning again. Maybe you should care more about your custimers than whether or not you will get out of work on time.

Horrible . Went last Thursday to get a cut and color . I went from a light brown to black , and she missed the back of my head I had to go back and the manager gave me attitude the whole time ! (They RE did it ) but you can still see the light brown !! Not worth 100$ at all . Never going back again .

Three days before Christmas, the staff were friendly, clear, efficient. Im Black with natural hair, so I was a little nervous. But my worries were quickly put to rest. My stylist Jen did an amazing job. My hair looked shiny, bouncy, and still had its fullness. I think I just found my new salon!

This salon is a real joke if I can give a 0 rate star I wont hesitate. I was waiting for more than 40mn in final they called another customer who was there after me. On a Saturday they have only 2 haircut stylists , Ill never get there again.

Always get a great hair cut there no matter when I go or which stylist I see. My favorite is Cindy. From the first, she treated me like we were best friends. And every time I go back, she remembers me, my family and how I like my hair.

They charged me almost $80 for simply shampooing my hair, never once they parted or combed my hair like normal salons would do for hair coloring.. Such a rip off!

They said they no longer take walk ins at 5. The Shop closes at 7........
