This was one of the worse salons I have been to in my entire life. I purchased a Groupon, and when I called to make the appointment I was questioned about if I already purchased the Groupon. When I said I did, she asked when I purchased it as if she thought I was lying. When I arrived, I waited 20 minutes past my appointment time in a completely empty salon, while the woman was in the back. The receptionist brought me to the chair and then the woman came out and walked by me. She didnt introduce herself or apologize for the wait or say anything other then "you know your hair is really damaged." Completely insulted, I said yes, and she just walked away. She returned a few minutes later and said "you know Im doing your hair?" Confused and still insulted, I said yes, and she once again started asking if I knew my hair was damaged. I said I was aware than my hair was dry and I had split ends; a haircut and conditioning treatment was part of the Groupon. She goes in the back to mix the color and then she returns and just starts removing my cape and then tells me she is refusing to highlight my hair because I "need a break." She didnt offer any other service or apologize or offer ANY type of alternate solution other then to get the hell out basically after wasting an hour of my life. She told me to call Groupon to get my money back, which I HAPPILY did, because I would never want that miserable rude woman touching my hair.

Highly unsatisfied and i do NOT recommend this salon to anyone. Went to this salon today for a 3pm appointment and said i had the groupon when I arrived. (Full highlight, cut, condition). The woman asked if ive been there before i said yes about 1 year ago. She informed me that Karen was running behind so I just took a seat and waited. About 20 minutes later this woman told Karen (the owner) that she needed to speak to her in private. They both went into the back room for several minutes. They came out and continued what they were doing and I continued to sit and wait. They had me waiting until about 4:15pm then Karen called me over to her chair. When I sat down Karen said that she can not take my Groupon because ive been to their salon before. I asked why they didnt tell me this when I walked in instead of making me wait over 1 hour and then telling me...?? Karen said that she couldnt tell me earlier because there were too many customers in the salon and people usually get rowdy when informed of this. I said okay and walked out, completely turned off. I came home and checked on groupon and it says groupon not valid for active customers within 4 months........... scammers

I used Groupon deal for this salon, first of all she give me just 2 option for highlight and they didnt describe you in detail when you buy the deal and then she couldnt explain me better and after she did my high light she charge me 35$ extra 30$ for toner and 5$ Groupon tax, I used many Groupon deal with different salon. No one charge me Groupon tax, this people try to make money but I like her work she did really good hair but be careful if you already buy deal or want to buy her deal make sure you understand whatever she explain because she couldnt speak good English.

I went for shampoo, hair cut and blow dry at natural beauty studio and i will go there on regular basis now on. Firstly, the owner kept salon open after closing time just for me, as I called for the appoinment. She is very funny, professional and kind. She listened to what I wanted and did exactly as I wanted. On top of that one person gave me hand massage during my hair cut which was so soothing. I was very comfortable. I highly recommended this salon!!!

Karen is absolutely amazing. She truly cares about her clients and takes her time. She was fantastic and explained everything she was doing and teaching me how to blow out my bangs. I definitely will be going back for my touch up. Highly recommend his salon!

Had to wait a bit, but it was worth it. Jen cut my hair and was fast and utterly competent. I was blown away by her professionalism. Salon is clean and spacious and obviously extremely popular. Will definitely continue to go there.
