I stopped going here, at first the owner was nice she only did my hair which at first I thought was fine but I realized every time I was in her chair she either wanted to trim it ( and by trim I mean cut )or add something to it, every time I left I felt I was robbed b/c she charges for everything. They do not have a price list up so you dont know how much anything is so basically she makes it up. I came here one time my hair was washed I just needed to blow it out she charged me $30, that was my last time going there. I dyed my hair as well one time a color I told her I wanted she said no no this one is better bc of my hair tone, Im thinking now ( b/c of the other review ) she only has one color probably and doesnt know how to do anything else. I dont understand how some people have companies on Main Avenue b/c its horrible they do whatever they want. And if you dont speak Spanish forget about it !! Sometimes I would have my husband come in ( he speaks Spanish ) and I know they would talk bc everyone gets quiet. DO NOT GO HERE ! Bernarda should go back to the basics she would get more business

Went there because I got a recommendation from one of her friends. Its a ghetto salon. I asked her to trim my ends and she chopped half my hair off. I also got my hair dyed there and I told her I wanted a light brown but she said with my red tone she couldnt get it that color so I dont think she knows what shes doing. So, without my consent she put highlights in my hair to make it light. Im so upset about my hair but now theres nothing I can do but let my hair grow and waste more money and re-dye it. She wouldnt tell me what brand of dye she used and charged almost $100 for this. She talks alot on her cell phone and to clients and doesnt pay attention to what shes doing. DON"T GO THERE!

WARNING OVERPRICED!!!! Got charged $80 for a relaxer that shouldve cost $50. She soaked my back after washing it. Burned my scalp from relaxer & now my hair is stuck to my head which means I have to pay someone else $$$ to fix it and all of this was done by the owner herself, Bernarda. DO NOT GO HERE for hair; youll get over charged and leave unhappy.

Salon experince was GREAT! I was new to the city and got recommended this salon. And I loved it. She was courteous and polite not just with me but with my kids as well. If you need to get extensions done this is the place. Great price and even better results.
