I want to say I would have given the place 5 stars had it not been for the astronomical upsell. The staff is very knowledgeable and well trained. I attempted to color my own hair at home, had an allergic reaction to the color and burned my scalp. My head was so sensitive I could barely brush it. They fixed it and made my hair look normal without destroying it instead of a cosplay character. My hair was literally the color of a tangerine. However, when I called and asked how much for toner. The price quoted to me on the phone was ten dollars per ounce used. Yes, I have long hair, but I highly doubt that more than 5 or 6 ounces was used. I didnt get a hair cut. She didnt include the olaplex treatment, No blow dry or style my head was too sensitive. The only extras added was shampoo and wash plus a slight highlight in the front. No more than an inch. The total ticket price at first was $175. Which is ridiculously expensive for a saloon in Bayonne. She adjusted it to $150 later. Now, had I received more services other than toner and a shampoo and condition I would of been okay with the price. But when Im quoted $10 per ounce of toner used and I am anticipating a 80 dollar tab at most and the total comes out to $175 its not okay. They would of had a loyal customer for life had it not been for this fact. I had scheduled a hair cut for the following week and didnt show up. I will never use this saloon again because of this. Their services are awesome. Just watch out for getting gauged price wise.

My hair always looks fabulous. I receive compliments all the time. Lauren has been my stylist for more that 8 years. Her expertise in color and highlighting is second to none. She is very personable and I always feel so comfortable with her. We always discuss different treaments available and she always lets me in on the latest products to keep my hair looking great. I recommend Teezerz to anyone...it truly is a full service salon with a very talented and knowledgeable staff. Looking for something different...try Teezerz, I promise you...you wont be disappointed.

I just had a terrible experience while getting my eyebrows done today. The stylist working with me did not properly clean and dry the tweezer she was using and some of the disinfectant chemical got into my eye. The stylist told me that it was just water, but my eye was burning really badly and turned red. I could barely open my eye. She seemed not to care and insisted that it was just water. I quickly paid and left for home to wash my eye out. The service was unprofessional and not careful. I will not be coming back here.

I just got my hair cut and highlight today. I was my first visit to Tezeers and I think i will go there again. The place is really neat and clean, staff is nice, what i really liked is that the stylist did exactly what i asked. Prices is little bit high, but still reasonable.

Went for blowout and the hairstylist cut my bangs without asking me first and on top of that, she cut it in a bad angle. I told her dont cut without asking me first. Never have I experienced such unprofessional hairstylist.

Awesome job to my wifes hair and mine. Serve you drinks while there + nice place and treat. Not 5 stars cuz they are way too expensive. But fine for special occasions.
