This comment for the location 1204Rt 130 North, I picked up my garments and I didnt count the returned items. The next morning when I looked for my valor turtleneck it was missing. When I looked at the receipt it had me down for 3 items, but the specific items were not correct, I had 2 pants and 1 shirt, but ticket had 2 shirts and one pants. I told them I was missing the turtleneck and I was told the manager said there is nothing they can do because everything is showing returned. As I stated the ticket was wrote up incorrectly. Usually, items are placed in a bag and this time, the clerk handed it to the person so I guess she either took it or placed it with another order. I am very disappointed and if I use them again (which I doubt) I will be sure that the ticket is showing the correct items and be sure to count the items when picking up. I am very disappointed with their response. A very expensive lesson learned!

I took my suit here to get dry cleaned and pressed for a wedding that I was traveling to out of state and told the lady that the pants had a couple spots on them and they said "ok, you have to pay up front and then pick up tomorrow". So I went to pick up my suit the next day right before my flight and figured that this was a reliable business being that they have so many locations. So I grab my suit and go straight to the airport for my flight. As soon as I take my suit out to wear it they didnt even treat the stains or anything they just ironed it dirty and gave it back to me!!! I was so upset because now I couldnt wear my suit for the wedding! I cant believe that they did that! So extremely unprofessional and unacceptable for a DRYCLEANING business! I will never ever go here again! Stay away

I went to the cleaners in Pennsauken with one of there companies coupon. It had no expiration date. The cost I would have to pay is.99 cents for every garment and they would not honor it.

Terrible dry cleaners. Clothes always came back dirty and sometimes ruined. Will never go back. The manager is extremely unprofessional and rude.
