First of all the are the cheapest dry cleaners for miles around. Yes price is important however customer service is not present here. Here are some examples 1 time I complained about a shirt not being cleaned and the "supervisor" I spoke to told me they dont guarantee to clean anything. I just laughed out loud and said fine I took the shirt home and washed it. They also advertise that they have 24 hour service but sometimes they run a promotion and get backed up for almost a week. Another time one of their machines broke it took them 2 weeks to fix it... How can that happen? I have been waiting inline and watched the "managers" talking to each other or yapping on cell phones wile 1 employee tried to work threw a line that went out side! Here is a funny one, If you drop off garments before 9am you can get them back by 4:30 pretty good? Well dont drop anything off on Sunday you cant get it back until Tuesday????? How is that???? They also seem to only hire Mexicans.. hum raciest? Yes I still use this place strictly for price if anybody else came close to them in price I would be gone for good.

Sure.. the 1.69(I think its 2.39 now.. cant remember) is cheap..but the clothes come back with every mark/stain that was on it(which was the reason why I wanted it cleaned in the first place) I have to admit, the clothes do smell slightly like its been dry cleaned... but it just doesnt look it with the poor quality of the cleaning/pressing. I started going to this place since they first opened... but the service/qulity has gone down steadily as their customer numbers increased. The last time i had it done there.. (which was like a year ago.. i swear they took my dirty clothes... sprayed some fa breeze, slightly pressed it and gave it back to me as cleaned. Going to this place now is like walking into the hood.. its run down/ghetto with some matching cliants (which is why i cant place all the blame on place.. i cant imagine what those poor people at the register have to deal with on a daily basis)

Ive been coming to this cleaners for years and didnt have any issues until recently I dropped off my clothing and when I picked it up one of my pieces had a large hole in it there was no supervisor or manager there to address my concerns so I returned only for the owner to be extremely arrogant and disrespectful, they do not value their consumers and they assume no responsibility for damages and when I told him I would be taking legal action he said go ahead as a business owner myself I found this behavior to be unprofessional and inexcusable will never patronize this establishment again!!!!

on 12/17/13, my spouse dropped off our clothing spending $75 in cleaners fees. When we picked up our clothes on the 12/19/13, we got home and found that 2 dresses were missing!! After numerous calls to the cleaners and speaking with the workers, my clothing could not be found!! We have been coming to this cleaners for over 15 years, I will not be coming back!! Ive had clothes damanged in the past, but never anything missing!! I willl pay the extra money to have quality work and to ensure that all my items are returned to me!!

I went to the cleaners on Oxford n Tyson for two pieces they charged me $11.90 I asked y was my bill so high ( blouse n dress pants) she said because were a same day cleaners I said ok but no thank you. I drove a Lil bit. More and went inside of ANY GARMENT CLEANERS, ( also a same day cleaners) my total was $4.38, I said awesome. .... Im thinking do I want to take this receipt from ANY GARMENT CLEANERS n show the first cleaners mmmm Im debating.

I dont even want to give them 1 star. I went to get my clothes and there system was down. So I waited a hour it was still down. I came back 8 hrs later and instead of them closing and not having the system up and running in had to go in the back of the store and look for my own clothes. It took me 15 mins but I found my stuff. I got in a yelling match with the manager. There system sucks. I will never go back their again.

These cheap dry cleaners often reuse solvents without filtering. I made a mistake of taking my parka coat there the white fleece part of the coat turned grey. The staff agreed to dry clean it again but of course, it still came back grey. Do not use this store unless you dont mind your white or light colored clothes turning grey.

I used to come here since all uniform garment are $.99. I started noticing they were not pressing the clothes properly . My shirts and pants no longer had creases. I know go to a better cleaners way up Bustleton, it cost more but at least they look like they was professionally cleaned

great service for the buck,, what do you expect? i get uniforms and regular clothes done, they are great for your normal items not high end silks etc etc. and for all the negative reviews,, i dont think they miss your business,, gotta shirts jeans etc etc, they are a bargain....

The 2.19 price includes any garment. so why was I just charged $5 per for ministerial robes. I bought the same robes last month 219 this is my last time.
