The ONLY reason I come here is convenience. Customer Service? POOR and they could care less. The poor service starts with the owner and goes right down to the teenagers who could give a rats behind about your experience. The attitude? Dry Clean City treats their customers like they are doing YOU a favor by choosing their establishment. Make sure you read the sign that hangs over the registers. Lots of grammatical and spelling errors (foreshadowing of what you can expect from a customers perspective). Bottom line: Dry Clean City takes no responsibility if they screw up your order, lose your clothes, etc. Like I said, the ONLY reason I continue to do business with them is convenience.

Took a comforter in to be cleaned & I couldnt believe what they had done. Its so wrinkled, and full of hair. Needless to say, I was disgusted. I called and spoke to Silvio, the manager. He told me to bring it back in and they would do it again, free of charge. So I took it back in that evening and just picked it up tonight, Wednesday. Its worse than ever!! It looks as if they took it out wet and balled it up. The fabric is hard, too. I also found long hair, thats not mine, stuck in the fabric. Im so disgusted that anyone would think that its okay to return something in this condition. ABsolutely horrible!! Stay away from this dry cleaners, theyre awful!

The machines broke down and they didnt even tell the customers. Customers came back with no clue. They were still taking clothes when they knew they wouldnt be done I can vouch for this as I was working for them at this time. They also chose not to pay me for time that I worked for them and was lied to by the son twice saying it was mailed and never mailed. They dont care about employees so what makes you think you they do their customers.

I have been going to this location for many of year... Even before Dry Clean City Inc. took over. The owner of Dry Clean Ciy has been very helpful to my family and I! Had a Big problem with the manager of the store, but the owner of Dry Clean City took care of it "STAT!" THANKS DRY CLEANER CITY

This place was terrible. They spilled something on a sport jacket that we dropped off. For 1 month they said they would take care of it. Would not give us access to owner. Today manager said it wasnt their fault, the only mistake they admitted to making was by stringing us along

They used to be very good before the new owners took over about a year ago. Now they totally suck. Doesnt matter how reasonable their prices are or that they are environmentally friendly, if your suit comes back full of wrinkles what is the point? I wish I could give negative scores...

This cleaner is environmentally friendly because they use an organic solution to clean instead of the nasty chemicals used at all the other cleaner. The prices are reasonable and is a cash only business. You must pay when you drop off. They do not do gown preservations.

Great price at $1.95/article. My clothes always come back clean but you eo need to point out stains ahead of time.
