Negative -1 star. Cinnaminson, NJ RE: Invoice #082916, Date of Service: 5/7/11 I went to this dry cleaners for the very first and absolute last time. I picked up my clothes and when I opened the bag two days later, I was mortified! My skirt was hardly pressed with visible creases. I would have done better ironing it myself. My blue pants had two creases. Who wants pants with two sets of creases?!?! My black Jones New York blazer looked as if I had just picked out of a donated clothes rack. My black pants looked as if they had changed color. The lapel on my blue blazer was now curved. Worse yet, my blue blazer had a huge stain on the back that I know was not there before. I left a voice message and then went to the cleaners the next day. To his credit, the gentleman in the store, David, offered to show the blue blazer to his manager. But, I declined. I will not let anyone associated with this business come within 10 yards of any of my clothes. I wouldnt even trust them with a white cotton, wrinkle-free shirt. Lesson learned: Stick with my regular cleaners. It costs way more, but its absolutely worth it. PLEASE, PLEASE BE VERY CAREFUL WITH THIS PLACE. It might be OK for mens cotton undershirts, but I would caution against taking anything of value.

Had a few work blouses dirty from everyday wear, dresses with stains (that I specifically pointed out and asked for spot treatment), and sweaters that I wanted cleaned. Turn around time was very quick, but quality was not great. A few of the blouses and sweaters still noticeably smelled, and none of the stains were removed from my dress. I thought about asking for a refund but read the other reviews and figured Im better off just not giving them my business anymore.

Wife took sweater to have stain removed, had to return 4 times. They never removed said stain, even though they initially claimed they could clean the stain off!! The manager would not return money, very arrogant. Use any other Cleaner but this one!!!

I brought in 18 shirts needed to bring back 3 for re-pressing. They put holes in a shirt. I asked for 29.99 as reimbursement cash. They sent me $20.00 store credit In the mail. I reached out twice to management no response
