You must be kidding me! First you guys destroy my pants, and now this!?! Last week I went to clean my shirts, and when I pick them up I realized that the buttons of three of them where broken. Lucky me that I realized before I pick them up, so I asked them to fix it before I bring them home. They agreed that the buttons where broken and bring them in to fix it, and asked me to come back next day. Next day I was there after 5, and what was my surprise when I discovered that the buttons where still broken. So I asked them again to fix it, and they bring my three shirts in to fix it again. Next day I went to pick them up, after my third attempt, and I find out that the buttons in the shirt cuffs where there, so I thought that they actually fixed it. But yesterday I had a big surprise, because when I am about to wear the shirts I find out that they didnt replace the broken buttons in the shirt cuffs, they took one of the front buttons (the one in my belly button) and move it to the cuffs!!! I cannot wear the shirt with a missing button!! Three ruined shirts that actually you guys destroyed!! Nice work! I am coming back right now (forth time) to see if I can get you guys to fix my shirts!!! That you destroyed. Luckily I found out that one mile away there is another dry cleaners that are going to take care of my cloths from now on. I never saw this kind of situations in my life, this is retarded, how you can even think that move the button from the front to the cuffs could ever be a solution...

Ive taken my clothes to this place 6 times. Twice my clothes werent cleaned or pressed at all, and my clothes were given to me in the same condition in which I gave it to them. Once they gave me someone elses clothes by accident. I got home and realized that I had a Tory Burch dress that didnt belong to me. I had to return it back to them, and they didnt know who the dress belonged to so they kept asking if I was sure it wasnt mine. Huh? I almost said YES. (Dont judge me, the dress was cute) Another time I took a leather jacket there, but they dont do leather cleaning there, so they use an outside vendor. My leather jacket was cleaned perfectly. Two other times I went there, my clothes were actually cleaned and pressed and looked good, but they were shrunken. And no, I didnt gain weight, they actually shrunk my garments. Luckily I was able to wiggle my way into them, and they expanded back to normal size through out the day when I wore them. Needless to say, Taking your clothes to this place is risky. Your never know what outcome youre going to get. Its like rolling dice. Play at your own risk.

I have given this location several chances and Ill never be back. Most of the time my clothes are not cleaned, just pressed, if they have a problem with their machinery they dont call you to tell you your things wont be ready, 90% of the cashiers are rude and have very little customer service skills. If you voice your concerns and bring an issue they act like it is you. I will never give this location another dollar. My last visit I dropped off my clothes on Wednesday, was told they would be ready Friday, tried to pick them up Saturday morning and only half the order was ready. The cashier tells the manager in the back that I have an attitude problem. I come to pick up my things on Tuesday and they still are not ready. After having to wait 4mins my clothes were just thrown in the hanger. The cashier helping my gets and attitude with me for voice my dissatisfaction with the service and tries to rush me off. Its crazy how the staff treats the people use your services. I will never be back to this location again.

I was a Zips customer in Bensalem PA and was happy with the quality of the service so I anticipated a the same quality in Jenkintown. Not even close. In the past few weeks I have had to have shirts re-pressed twice and one entire order I do not think was ever even cleaned, just barely pressed. Its a busy place for in by 9 out by 5 service, I get it but there has to be standards. The company culture there seems to be zero management, zero customer service and zero accountability. The employees look like you are bothering them when you walk in almost to the point it is uncomfortable. Yesterday when I requested that the 6 wrinkled shirts I was piking up be re-pressed another employee remarked "what do he expect for $1.99". I expect the service I am paying for. Price and Value are two entirely different concepts. Reading these comments it seems I am not alone on my opinion. Bring back the wawa.

I have used Zips Jenkintown multiple times and I have been satisfied with the service I have received and the quality of the cleaning. I started going to Zips because I like the same day service and I like that I am not charged more for cleaning my shirts or slacks simply because they are womens garments. I also picked up one of the ZIPS bags for like $4 - I like that we can stuff our cleaning in the big drawstring bag, and there is a strap to tote it in, that was convenient as most of my drop offs have been in the 10 to 20 items range. This morning I dropped off 21 garments for cleaning, I waited in line (its busy just before standard working hours). I was 7th in line and all told, it took 10 minutes to get through the line, count and separate my garments, determine the starch level on my beloveds shirt, pay, get a ticket and be out the door. The entire operation runs smoothly.

ZIPS IS BY FAR THE WORST CLEANERS THAT I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED. They are extremely unprofessional rude little monsters. They ruin my coat last year I still gave them another chance they dont clean any of the garments. I b have had shirts, dresses, and pants come back dirty. Its so not worth it. I would rather pay a dollar extra per item and go else where. I advise people to steer clear.... the children are always on their phones cursing yelling and screaming. Its ridiculous

Ive seen bad dry cleaning, but these guys belong to a new category. Horrible service. Cheap, yes, and cheap is what you get. Damaged several shirts, lost a pair of pants, and took no responsibility for it. Then a manager who was "new on the job and didnt know what to do" asked me to fill out a form for reimbursement. "Corporate will contact you". More than a month on, Im still waiting to hear from "corporate".

Terrible customer service..I took a jacket to get a new zipper put on not only did they charge me all most 30 dollars but it took a week for me to get in contact with someone,when I did they told me my coat was ready for pickup; when I arrived at the store they told me they could not get the zipper...I will never come here or recommend anyone to come here again
