I have been coming here for years. Today I picked up a dress that had two stains on it, the same two stains as when I dropped it off. When I brought it back to show them the stains didnt come out, they said it was an old stain and they tried a few times to get it out. Funny you didnt mention that at pick up and took my 25.00 (I had other items). I asked so your still going to charge me even though the stains didnt come out and she said "oh yes of course". Well too bad you couldnt have provided good customer service, ate the 9.00 it cost to clean the dress and kept me as a customer. I wont be back.
