My experience with Aerotek as an engineer recruiting firm was (and still is) great. I was initially contacted by a very professional and talented Engineering Recruitment Intern, Ms. Anna Wajda, with a job that was interesting but not really in my industry of choice. From that I was invited in to discuss what I was looking for and met my excellent primary recruiter, Ms. Amber Loihle. She worked with me from the start by providing several contract employment options that were in line with my experience and interests. Several of these positions were under various different Aerotek territories in NJ and other states, which showed a real commitment to their customers on both ends. When a good match was found she provided support and advice for the interview and the follow ups, which eventually led to getting contract hired for a major electronics industry corporation based in Newark, NJ. I have been here for over 2 months and it is a great fit, plus Amber and my other Aerotek contacts check in regularly to see how it is going and to provide useful feedback. My experience with most other recruitment firms was that they would just drop contact if a specific position was not a good fit. Working with Amber and Aerotek was a completely different experience throughout the process and I would highly recommend them for engineering professionals at any point in their career.

I dont even know where exactly to begin when it comes to my experience with Aerotek, but most importantly with my recruiter Cori Murray. Ive never felt more comforted and taken care of than I have since becoming a contractor with this agency. Cori took her time to interview with me, to understand my likes/dislikes in the work place, and to know me as a person in general before even sending out my resume to employers. Those actions speak volumes because from experience, I know for a fact that other staffing agencies do not go the extra mile for recent college graduates. I feel blessed honestly. Because of Coris support, motivation, and several interview coaching sessions, I am currently employed as a contractor for the leading oil producing company in America. Im still shocked haha. My job is great, the people I work for and with are awesome, and the overall culture of the company is something to brag about. I just want to say a huge thank you to Aerotek, but especially to Cori. Theres a magic about her, I swear. She also helped my coworker at a previous place of employment find a Phenomenal job. The main reason he went to Aerotek is because of the constant praise I gave them, and he just so happened to luck out by getting my EXACT recruiter too! Many thanks Cori...you proved me right!!

Ive had the opportunity of working with Aerotek and their amazing Team in Piscataway, NJ a number of times and it has been nothing short of a great and pleasant experience each time. From the very beginning & with very little experience Nathan my recruiter at the time was able to find me a full time a position in just a few days time & I havent looked anywhere else since. The recruiters are very welcoming, energized, knowlegdable & most of all very professional. Between assignments throughout the years I had also worked with Adam & Mike who landed me an opportunity at a great Pharmaceutical firm that helped add to my resume. Ive also had a chance to work John & Brianna on an assignment at a high end & well known furniture company as a CSR- again an opportunity I was given that helped me gain experience & help build my resume. Most recently while working with Brianna & Micah I was given an assignment to work at billion dollar medical device company & could not be happier with Micahs and Briannas decision.The team in piscataway has created a path for me professionally & has prepared me for this possible career opportunity today. I want to thank the Team for all of their hard work, professionalism & dedication thus far. You guys are the best & make Aerotek the great company it is today.

Wonderful experience and positive results. First time working with Aerotek and so far my experience is great. Thanks to my recruiters Juliann and Anna, because of them I found the right match for my professional skills. They really took good care of all my job process. Called me for a face to face meeting and discussed my professional skills and experience with me to place me in the right position. They also really took good care of my interview preparation like what to expect and how I should communicate. From the first meeting, interview setup and after the job placement, even till today Juliann and Anna followed my case very well and in contact with me through-out this whole time. Even After I got placed they called me every other week to make sure I am having no difficulty and how I am doing at my Job. They also really took good care of all the paperwork through this whole process. I must say I fell very privileged working with Juliann and Anna, they are highly professionals and a very good team to work with. Complete waste of time! They call you in speedily for a great opportunity, you have a promising interview, but I have to tell you honestly that we have 2 other candidates interviewing today and they usually make their decisions within 24 hours, I might be able to get you in tomorrow for an interview, and you wait patiently for the reply, then later the next day, Im sorry but they went for the candidate that was interviewed yesterday, but I will get back to you with other opportunities, I saw the job reposted with the same description, so I tried calling him several times and left voicemails inquiring about it, and I also emailed him, he replied 2 days later by email; Sorry I missed your call. The criteria for the position has changed. Unfortunately your background would not match what the CEO is looking for. I will keep you posted on other opportunities coming in. Have a nice weekend. Mr. Pinto is never available when you call in to the agency, and never returns my calls, and days go by before he gets back to me by email. He shouldnt string people along, be honest, if someone is not qualified then dont waste their time to fill your quota, its shameful and dubious, and insulting.

I had the opportunity to work with many staffing agencies in the past few years, but i truly have to say that Aerotek has been the best one. I had the pleasure to work with Iam (recruiter), Mark (support and guide) and Jessica (handled the paperwork) who cordially and rapidly worked with me to match my skill set and experience with an amazing position. It truly is my dream job and i am very grateful for finding Aerotek and its excellent team in my life. The Aerotek family really wants to see its clients succeed and they go the extra mile to accomplish that and more. I dont have anything negative to say about Aerotek or its members, they really are life changers. I would rate them 10 out of 10 if i could. I would commend their services to anyone who is looking to start their career or land their dream opportunity because they wont disappoint.
