My high rating is exclusively for the recruiter I met in the Mt Arlington office name Karen. I pride myself on being a good judge of character and I could tell immediately that I had met a good person. Karen makes you feel that she truly has your best interest at heart, and will do anything within her power to help you. She found me a job that eventually ended and the compassion she showed when letting me know it was over was appreciated. She let me know it had nothing to do with me and that I had done a good job for the company which in turn reflected positively on Jersey Staffing. We are living in a world where its not easy to find people who seem to genuinely care and she is one of them. Jersey Staffing found a gem with Karen and I look forward to continuing a positive professional relationship with her and because of her also the company. I recommend to anyone who is looking for a staffing company with someone who gives you a positive feeling like Karen to utilize Jersey Staffing.

I was contacted for a job and set up an interview with Jersey Staffing for a position. I arrived at Jersey Staffing, and was told that the position that I was interviewing for was filled that morning, but I should not feel defeated because "many positions are available on a daily basis" and she was so happy that I still came (I didnt know any different because I was never told ahead of time that the position was filled). After having a detailed interview, the woman I interviewed with explained to me that I would be hearing from her soon with other potential job opportunities and that all of the other staff members could see my profile and send jobs my way. Unfortunately, that never happened. After around 2 weeks, I emailed the woman I interviewed with to simply ask if there were any interview opportunities and just to keep my name fresh in their heads. No answer. That was about 2 months ago. Not impressed at all. Huge waste of my time.

Jersey Staffing Solutions contacted me very quickly after I had responded to an ad and called me to conduct a phone interview very quickly. The particular position that I was interested in required a lot of interviews and even a couple personality tests/IQ tests and Jersey Staffing gave me plenty of notice and stayed in contact with me consistently in between meetings. The two women that run the business are very friendly and helpful and, somehow, they make you feel comfortable during what is normally a very stressful process. They never keep you waiting more than a day or two without an update of the position or status of the hiring manager in question. Im glad I went with Jersey Staffing.

Karen at jersey staffing is amazing! I can honestly say because of her Ive gotten an amazing new opportunity I am also able to provide for my family comfortably and not struggling.
