seventeen years ago when my family was quickly growing in numbers (13 grandchildren) it was obvious that my little cape cod beach house was too small and needed major renovation. my husband had recently passed away and I was hesitant to take on this project by myself. I found Baine Contracting and Mike assured me that he would help me to make the right decisions...nothing too excessive but good quality that would stand up to the comings and goings of the grandchildren. Seventeen years later I can honestly say the beach house with the wonderful craftsmanship that Mike created has lasted through 17 wonderful summers and it looks forward to many more!

We used Michael Baine and team to build a Azek deck that is approximately 750 sq ft. He is professional, detail oriented, presents great ideas, does quality work, and communicates quickly and timely. His onsite crew was first class carpenters and respectful/courteous to deal with. Michael is by far the best contractor in this area and he is truly a full service firm who will manage every detail of the project.
