The first time i went to jackie she told me i couldnt get my hair as light as the picture i showed her. I was ok with that since she knew what she was doing. She told me that the next time i could get the color. My hair turned out golden the first time and i thought ok, this is a process. The second time i went to her she still said she couldnt get the color. There was a huge language barrier since she doesnt speak much english. My hair turned out yellow and looked terrible. I walked out. If you want to get your hair cut and dried this is the place anything else she probably cant do. I went to a different salon and they left my hair beautiful

My girl friend went there and the owner cut her hair in 5min. I’m not kidding. 5MIN. I checked the hair, and hair dresser did horrible job. Her back hair is not even, and some part of back hair are longer than other hair. This is not a way to treat a customer. We decide to pay rather way more than what we paid this horrible place to get better hair cut. DO NOT GO THIS HORRIBLE PLACE. just find somewhere else. This place is the worst place I have ever seen.

No one speaks English at this salon. My worst haircut experience...The stylist didnt even try to understand what I wanted. He totally did whatever he wanted, which was completely opposite of what I wanted. He cut my hair not only the wrong style, but also so much shorter than I could rescue in another salon. It was a true disaster. Its unacceptable that nobody there could understand enough English to address my request.
