My search is over. FINALLY!! I have never had a more satisfying hair salon experience than I did last night at N.Y Hair & Colour Salon. The level of service, passion, and skill is like NONE I have ever encountered in this area (and Ive tried many). And it was FUN to be there. The transformation in my hair was simply breathtaking. Ive always felt very unhappy about my hair and really had no idea what to do with it -- and neither do most of the hair salons Ive visited until now. Fortunately, Ken and his assistant Jamie did...in fact, they seemed to know immediately what to do to make me look my best. I really cant get over how beautiful and professionally-treated my hair looks right now. I would suggest everyone give this salon a try. You will walk out looking and feeling like a million dollars!

Kenny is amazing. Ive been to so many "top" salons and no one has been able to color my hair like Kenny! I came to him with dead, over-processed hair that had remnants of bleached blonde highlights (mind you I have dark brown hair). It was a mess. No colorist could ever get my hair back to its natural hue- they either put too much red in it or made it way too dark. Also, the cut is awesome. Every other stylist told me I would have to chop off several inches, but he was able to give me just the right amount of layers and get rid of all the fried hair! Kenny did a perfect job! My hair is beautiful, bouncy, frizz-free, and natural looking, which is exactly what I asked for. Im excited to have him highlight my hair, but Im giving myself a few months with my natural color.

The best salon I have ever been to, without a doubt. I have been all over the country to some of the highest rated hair dressers and I have never been happier with not just the hair cut, but the whole experience that Keny and Jaime gave me this afternoon. From the moment I walked in, I felt like I was at home. Jaime and Keny are very friendly and easy to get along with. Keny has a very vast amount of knowledge in hair, more than anyone I have ever met. He was able to give me a better hair cut in half the time that other hair salons could. If you want to have your hair look the best it has ever been, for an extremely reasonable price, go here. I have never been happier with me hair. This is the only hair salon I will be going to for the rest of my life.

LOVE KENNY AND JAIME!! They are the best duo in town! Not being from this area I didnt know where to get my hair done! I tried many different salons including salon doriano, and boy was I disapointed until I went to see Kenny and Jaime!!! The two of them are AMAZING!!! I went to them with a hot mess on my head and the personal attention and time they put into my hair made my hair look beautiful again!!! I had corrective color treatment and a hair cut and Ive been back twice now! I am so happy with the service and people!" Best salon in the area!!! Take it from someone whos been everywhere too!!

Both my daughter and I have been going to N.Y. Hair & Colour Salon for several years without ever a complaint. Kenny, Frank and the rest of the staff are exceptionally talented. I know this to be true because neither I nor my daughter have easy hair to cut and style, and anytime Ive foolishly tried another shop (even the so called high end ones) I was disappointed. These guys are not only hair artists, they are friendly and down to earth and the shop really casual....not the snooty kind. I gladly recommend N.Y. Hair & Colour to anyone looking for an exceptional salon.

Tom??? On behalf of Kenny I felt that I had to respond this ridiculous review from Tom??? My entire family has been getting their haircut from Kenny for over 30 years and I’ve never seen any work or behavior as you describe. If this review has any validity at all may I suggest that either this man is in need of a lot of attention (I’m guessing a VERY needy person) or this entire review is a farce. My suggestion is "dont take yourself so seriously and try the mall" JEEEZE.........And that’s the fact Jack!

Awesome place to get your hair done! As a guy I never really understood the difference a super haircut can make. Kenny has shown me what someone with a tremendous amount of skill can accomplish, and how it can really make a difference. I always have a blast when I go there. The staff is fun and the atmosphere is perfect. My girlfriend and her mother go as well, and they both look absolutely stunning when Kenny is finished! I would recommend this salon to anyone looking for the best cut of their life.

Yesterday was my second appointment with Kenny and again I was not disappointed with the results. He is the real deal. My color is a beautiful, dark chocolate brown that has shine and depth. Kenny really understands color and how to get it just right to flatter your skin tone. My cut is just as good. My hair is really straight and can be difficult to cut, but Kenny gave me a just what I wanted. If youre new to the area or looking for a change, give Kenny a call. You wont be disappointed.

I went for the first time last week, and it was a very good experience. Coloring my hair was tricky because I hadnt colored it in about a year and had very long roots and very faded color, but Keny and Jaime were up to the challenge and my hair came out with even, natural looking color. I love it. I also got a trim to even out my mostly-grown-out bangs, and they look much better now. They were super friendly and laid back, and really knew what they were doing.

As a NYC resident I still come back home to visit NY Hair and Colour every time I need a new style or color. This salon gives the same quality of work as any top NYC salon. Ive been coming to Kenny Spadaro for 5 years, he only uses top notch products such as Schwarzkopf color and always is introducing me to the newest hair products on the market. I can not say enough about my positive experiences at NY Hair and Colour and would recommend it to any one!

BEST HAIR SALON IN THE HUDSON VALLEY! My whole family has been going to Kenny for over 20 years, and we wouldnt go anywhere else! My son comes home from New York City just to get his hair cut by Kenny. Kenny does exactly what *you* want, in stark contrast to anyplace else I have been. And it is always perfect, be it a cut, color, or keratin treatment! I also appreciate that we have real conversations (not the typical drivel) while Im there.

If you have ever walked out of a salon with your head down, rushed home to re-wash and style it yourself before you interacted with the public, then you need to stop the cycle and go see Kenny and Jaime!!!!!! I am amazed at the depth of knowledge Kenny has, couple with the care and concern he had over designing exactly what you want! He takes his time and is not satisfied until YOU are satisfied! Do yourself a favor and go see Kenny today!
