Everything was going fine with this cleaner for about 5 months until recently they lost a pair of pants. I came in one day picked up a dress shirt I had a button repaired and dry cleaned but my pants were missing. The owner let me take my shirt and did not charge me and he would try to find the pants. They never contact me as to the result so I stopped in two weeks later and he said give me another week, I said fine. Then my wife received a phone call from them explaining that "We have never lost any clothes before and we must be pulling a fast one on them and that we must have picked up the pants already. My wife said why would we come back to ask if they found the pants if we have them already. I never asked them for money for the pants they lost. Then they had the nerve to say that we still owe them for the dry cleaned shirt I picked up that day a whole $5. If you are looking for a cleaners avoid BAGARI.

I could not be happier with my decision to use Bagari Cleaners. I needed my 1970s vintage beaded/lace wedding gown dry cleaned, so this was a big task that I was wary to give to anyone, especially because my wedding is in about a month and I didnt have any time for any issues. The woman working there immediately assured me she would take great care of my dress and she did! The dress lifted so much more than I thought possible and looks new. It was done in a little over the week and was about a 5th of the cost that another dry cleaners quoted me. I would definitely recommend them to anyone and will plan to use them in the future. If they can bring a delicate 50 year old dress back to life then they can do anything!

This place is a find Ari the owner is so cute and so nice to deal with. My clothes come out beautifully finished. When i need rush order it is always ready when promised. They even have same day service. I recommended them to my daughter for her wedding gown preservation she was so amazed at there price for the quality of workmanship. They really take pride in knowing all there customers on a first name bases. My clothes are sometimes hanging to be picked up before i even walk in because they saw me pull up. love love love it. Thank you for oldfashion customer service that you never find any where anymore.

Im pretty new to town and I walked in to Bagari for alterations on a suit and a pair of pants (Im NOT an expert in this field). Ari took the time to measure me, suggest a few different options and thoroughly explain the costs and procedures for each. My off-the-rack suit now looks like a custom made suit and my pants (that were probably the wrong size to begin with) now fit perfectly. I will definitely be back!

Have used many dry cleaners but BAGARI by far has been the best! The owner was very pleasant and accommodating. The turnaround is very prompt. When you walk into Bagari Cleaners you feel very good knowing that your needs will be met. We have recommended them to all our family and friends.
