I realize you get what you pay for , but since it is free , there is a minimum expectation of service ... I had noticed a few times some items were missing , but since I wasnt really checking I assumed it was me misplacing my stuff ... then one day they gave me someone elses dress and LOST my uniform dress , gave me 26 dollars credit for it ( the dress is 67 dollars ) ... next time whey coundkt find three of my uniform shirts ... after a 20 minute wait I was asked to come back another day .... I did and they finally found it ... no apologies for my lost time and gas , just business as usual. Today I went to pick up my clothes and a comforter , after a good15 minutes waiting for someone looking for my customer , I asked her to come back because I had to be at work in 30 mins ... to top it off she starts giving me an attitude , calling me rude because I am complaining...

Great service. I needed a couple of items sane day and they took care of it. Superior customer service. I have been coming here a long time and I would recommend value act cleaners to anyone that wants great service at a cheap price. They just lowered their price to $1.99!!!!! Cant ask for anything more. Cant find that anywhere. And same day service. Go try them out I promise you wont regret.

I love there services I had my clothes pressed in a rushed that i needed for my interview and i had it back in less then 10 minutes thats to the manager which made it possible to get it fast

I have mixed reviews. Had several repeated problems with some of my shirts and now they cant find my pants I put in for alterations.

Not what you want. Reading current reviews has literally made me not bring my garments today. Plus I once got back dirty clolthes...

Theres always and issue with their machines. Clothes are never ready the next day because of "maintenance".
