I sometimes shop at the local Walmart so when I stumbled upon this place I decided to give them a try and I truly wish I had not. When I first walked in there was a young lady standing on a ladder working. She looked at me and continued to work without even saying hello. At that point I should have walked out but I didnt because I like to give people the benefit of the doubt. About 2 minutes past before she came down to take my information and gather my clothes. She stated my items would be ready for pick up Monday at 10:00am. Well here we are Monday at 1:15pm and my clothes are not there and at first they couldnt find them. The first young lady I spoke with looked on one small rolling rack, I am assuming these items had just been dropped off and said oh your items havent arrived yet, please come back or you can pick them up from the Newark location. I said no, this receipt I have says my items would be ready at 10am and why should I have to go to Newark when I dropped my clothes off here. She proceeded to call the other store to make sure my stuff was there and at first they begin to say no they had been dropped off to the Kearny location. So now Im getting upset because no one has any idea where my clothes are and I am being told to come back when a manager arrives. I asked if she could go through all of the clothes because she had only looked on that small rack when there were plenty of other places to look and she did without hesitation, but I dont think I should have had to ask that. When she again could not find anything I told her I would return a few minutes later when her manager arrived. I left and then came back, overhearing them speak amongst themselves about my situation. You would think this manager (the same young lady whom I first encountered at drop off) would have even acknowledged my presence...NOPE! She proceeded to call the Newark office and guess what they have my stuff but my clothes have not been cleaned!!! Again, I am extremely disappointed! I asked for the Newark store to hold my belongings and I would go pick them up and I would be looking for a refund. This place is a joke! You would think the manager would have even apologized but nope she just stood there like a deer in headlights nodding her head, her demeanor very aloof!! I would not trust this place to clean anything of mine. This was a horrible first experience and I will not be returning!

The worst service I received is with Kimberly. She never could figure out anything. The last three times there I only have had bad experience with the customer service and her name is Kimberly. first she took 20 min looking for my cleaners until I said Ill come another day I come back and a different person couldnt find it for awhile but found it with no name on it. 2nd time same problem she so confused I dont even no why they leave her there alone she cant run a cleaners, and I was given someone else shirt and lost my shirt. 3rd time which is Nov. 1st Shes on her cellphone and went back on the phone to tell them hold on I got a customer. So she rushing with us she didnt have a problem this time finding the cleaners. But when we are giving her new clothes we told her wash for the shirts and dry cleaners for the pants. She rushing and put everything dryer clean. She called her supervisor to to see how to correct it. The supervisor asked kimberly did they tell you they want wash? and Kimberly didnt want to answer her. then We could hear the supervisor saying just tell them we cant fix it. So we said just cancel and give us our money back. We dont want to pay for dry cleaners we want wash. Then she said its easier to cancel the order then to correct it That $2.29 dry cleaning price has given me a headache YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR! Worst Service

I am an ex employer/customer as an employer this business is based on favortism.. As for a customer review, you get what you pay for. I never was a dry cleaning person but i gave it a try. The price is great, the laundering is good too, but as for the dry cleaning, its always something. I brought some shorts with a dirty mark to dry clean twice one time to the newark store before the hire, and one time to the kearny store after being hired, both times the mark was still there. I ended up washing them myself one last time to see if it came off or if it was just a stain, the mark came right off. Thats where the customer complaints come from 95% of the time, the dry cleaning not the casheirs doing customer service. There results arent all bad, but please check your clothes before you bring them, and check your clothes while you are there for pick up, to get any redos. Regards, Naisha.

Setting up my account was easy and quick, and I love the fact I get text alerts when my dry cleaning is ready! First time Ive ever had that as a service option. Also its lowest $ I have paid - in recent memory anyway - for certain garments, and I havent noticed any drop off in product quality.

Stumbled on this place going to Walmart. Since then my wife and I have used them quite a few times with no issues. Clothes came back as good as any cleaner I have been to and their prices are great!
