Horrible establishment, unprofessional and extremely nasty staff. The buttons on most of my items came back cracked and breaking into pieces and they managed to detach the hem on one of my blazers. When asked about it I was told it wasnt their responsibility. Whose responsibility is it??? YOU OWN A FRENCH CLEANERS, you are responsible for other peoples garments. Will not be returning here.

They broke buttons on every piece of clothing I dropped off there. it was my mistake for ever going back a second time when they broke every button and even somehow managed to un-hem my suit pants, on a brand new $4000 suit going for its first cleaning and comes back destroyed. Will never go there again

Unprofessional and unreliable establishment. If they damage your clothing or alter an item of clothing incorrectly, they will not fix the problem or make you whole. They are thieves and pirates. Do business with them at your own risk!
