I recently used Chem-Dry ( on referral from a friend) and thought they were great! The technician Talon was even early for the appointment, was friendly and courteous and explained the entire process prior to service. The entire service took 1 1/2 hours from start to finish (granted my rooms are fairly small), carpets were dry within 2-3 hours and I was very pleased with the results. Prices are extremely reasonable and well worth the service. I will definitely use again in the future and have already recommended them to friends.

I am SO VERY pleased with Allaire Chem-Dry. Matt was knowledgeable, friendly, punctual and took time to answer questions. I had carpets with pet stains and the technician took the time to look at the areas with his special light to detect where the stains were. The carpets look like new and smell so fresh now. I have chemical allergies and am so happy to have found a company that uses "green" cleaning methods . . . no harsh fumes! Very reasonable, too! I highly recommend Allaire Chem-Dry!

I would have given 5 stars if more effort went into removing the stains. A few more passes and they would have been gone. The tech described how a former customer insisted he keep at it and that stain went away - I guess I should have been more persistent. It cost me a lot of money to get my sofa and ottomans cleaned. I emailed the company about this and got no reply back. I want to have my carpets cleaned but I will look into another service now.

the office carpet was amazingly clean, the place smells great, but the highlight was that the break room floor was AWESOME!!! Loved the work so much here, that I am going to call them to come clean my floor at home. Customer service is the best I have had to deal with. Had my sectional sofa and ottoman cleaned. Both pieces were in desperate need of cleaning from having a dog and then sitting in storage for 8 months. Technicians were friendly, on time, and my couch/ottoman look brand new. Will book this company in the future!
