Drove by Natural Cleaner, to drop off some dry cleaning (Suit and dress shirt) for the first time as a new customer. I was looking to have the clothes cleaned and laundered for a next day pick-up. I saw that new customers receive 20% off your first service, which was great. I spoke with the gentleman requesting that both suit and shirt be ready for the next day, he told me no problem, you can pick it up after 2pm. The next day arrived and I contact the dry cleaner to ensure that both articles of clothing were done. The suit was complete, but the employee at the dry cleaner need to check on the status of my shirt and will call me back, an hour goes by and I call for a status. The employee said that I tried calling you number and it was busy for the past 45 minutes, which was BS. She told me that the shirt will be ready for tomorrow at 7:30am? So I decided to pickup the suit. I arrived talked to the woman and she told me that the shirt now will be ready tomorrow evening. Very upset and will never return.

They always lose buttons, never advise you on your buttons being lost. The clothes often have stains that other drycleaners remove without a problem. The pinnacle of their unprofessionalist was when they lost my irreplaceable designer top and tried to force some cheap peice of crap on me, saying that thats my top. As if I wont know my own clothes. They refuse to pay back for the lost top and try to cheat their way out of situation. Unprofessional, rude, bad cleaning, bad service, must I say more?

This is perfect organic dry cleaner in town. They do not have any chemical smell.Organic dry cleaning means that it uses only environmentally friendly and healthy dry cleaning solution as opposed to the other traditional dry cleaning solvents. Their solution has been used in cosmetics and as food additive for many decades safely and absolutely safe to our health and environment.This is why I recommend to bring your clothes to be cleaned.

Isaac is simply the best! Hes an honest, dependable, detail oriented dry cleaner who takes meticulous care of my clothes and my timelines. I recently ordered two custom suits and two custom shirts at a reasonable price, they are very high-quality and fit perfectly ! The thing I like most about Isaac is how committed he is to the community, he supports many local organizations.

The worst service ever !! I will never go there ever again and I recommend no one else goes there because this place sucks! I waited two weeks and they still never finished my dress so this place sucks I recommend that no one else goes here because they suck the service sucked their horrible service I will never go here again I am very disappointed

Isaac is the best! He is such a pleasant and friendly man. I brought in my bridesmaid gown for alterations. He had it back to me quickly and his price is reasonable. I will be bringing more clothes there to be altered. I recommend using them. Thank you Isaac!

Love the service, anytime I need shirts, pants, etc… next day they accommodate me. Clothing always comes back spot-less. Recently ordered 2 pairs of dress pants through them, best fitting pants I own. I will certainly be ordering more in the future.

Love the organic dry cleaning. My sweaters always come out so soft and my husband mentioned that his pants seem to last longer and dont wear out as quickly when we used to go to another place. I would recommend to my friends anytime.
