They charged me more than what they post in their shop, but thats fine. My negative experience was that I had them dry clean a gown with sequins on it. I know sequins can be iffy sometimes, but the sequins were completely gone off my dress when I picked it up. I wasnt mean or rude I dont think. I only brought it to their attention and asked if there was anything they could do--their business is dry cleaning, so I would have thought they would have told me they might have an issue with the sequins before accepting it, so maybe I would not have dry cleaned it. When I asked for money back, the owners literally, actually, laughed in my face. I couldve let the bad experience go, things happen, but it is pretty upsetting to have a bad experience made worse when the store owners are completely dismissive and laughing at you

Nasty place, nastier owner. Disrespectful to customers, you name it. Dont take your nice stuff to him. He ruined my favorite jacket. Then he said its not worth even in a thrift store. You cant treat people this way!!! I tried giving 0 stars, wouldnt let me do it.
