Unfortunately, When I went to go pick up my dry cleaners I received a shirt with a couple of stains on it that hadnt been there before. Usually like any dry cleaners they would indicate a stain with a tag or inform you before processing. I went back and left my shirt with my name and number for the owner to call me back. I was expecting a phone call from the owner. After 2 days, his response to me was "It was my day off". The following day I had went to go speak to him and pick up my shirt to see if we can come to an understanding because my shirt was not brought with burn marks and stains to begin with. His exact words to me was "I am nothing to him", "I am a lair", "Trying to get money for a shirt", "Mistakes do happen", "I am really busy" walked away from me multiple times as I kept speaking to him "Sir, please do not walk away it is not professional". He left multiple times and came back saying the same thing over again. Do you really want this business to handle your dry cleaners?

I had been going here for years as I live right around the corner with no problem until I took in an item to be repaired. It was simple I only needed buttons replaced and it came back looking messy and uneven. It was so bad even the people working there said it was a poor job but instead of not charging me the best they said they could offer was half off! Foolishly I went back and had a shirt with real mother of pearl buttons cleaned. They snapped one clean in half, when I complained about this the owner actually came out and accused me of doing it! Not only poor service but rude!

I did a living social deal for this place. They were very rude and never delivered back my clothes. When I called to follow up, the woman on the phone asked if I could pick them up because the delivery would take another week. What kind of valet service is this?? Also, she said she is having a hardtime having people pay her.... Like that is my problem??? Very rude and unprofessional

Very rude. Clothes constantly not cleaned correctly. Get there daily to signs on door that they are gone for half hour at a time. Pay $40 a day here in dry cleaning and when you address a problem the owner screams and curses at you then throws cloths at you. Very abusive. Poor service. You get what you pay for. Stay away!

Wonderful service. A friend of mine recommended the Fashion Valet to me about a year ago, and I have been going their for all of my work clothes ever since. I wouldnt consider anyone else. Extremely friendly, trustworthy people. I highly recommend the Fashion Valet to everyone.

I use this place once a week for shirts and every other week for dry cleaning some pants and occasionally a suit or jacket. Never had a problem and the owner is a great guy.
