Worst experience Ive ever had. I started doing my dry cleaning with them because of the sushi spot next door. Every once in a while, there would be something they forgot or didnt do which I was okay with. Nothing big. I was very pleased with how quickly they would get it done. If I said two days, it would be two days. My last experience was the worst. Im getting ready for work one day and noticed the first shirt, purple, had a stain all around the collar. It looked like something they use to clean the shirts because it went around the collar perfectly. I thought no biggie, went to the next shirt. Same thing! This stain is not as noticeable because its similar in color to the second shirt... greenish yellow. So I went to take the shirts in with others and told her what had happen.... she then says thats not her, immediately. Didnt even check to see what I was talking about. But she said shell do it again for free, which Id expect. Fast forward... got my shirts and she said "we were able to take the stain out". I then go to put on one of the shirts 2 days later, it not only was smaller, I couldnt even suck my stomach in to get it buttoned. Tried the second shirt. Same thing. I called the establishment and she says its not her (on the phone), but come in. I go in to pick up other others I had left (one to get sewed and other, regular dry clean). To make a long story short... I tell her they shrunk my shirt and she says maybe I got fat. "MAYBE YOU GOT FAT" 6 shirts and only two of them (the two that went in together) are discolored and are never shrunk to the point I can even put one button on. Im going to small claims court which she laughed and told me it was in Hackensack. Never have I felt embarrassed in my life.
