Marstan Cleaners saved my wedding dress and Dan Paff is an angel! After having my wedding dress pressed and almost ruined by another location, my mother-in-law suggested Marstan Cleaners...the only dry cleaner she trusts..and now I know why! Dan and the entire Marstan Cleaners staff are amazing. I was almost in tears when Dan kindly greeted me. I explained what had happened and thought my dress was never going to be ready for our big day. He examined it and calmly and graciously explained what the last place had done to the dress and why it looked the way it did. Then he explained to me, step-by-step, what he would do differently. He assured me he could help me and promised that my dress would look great, that he could have it ready the next day and even offered to have it hand delivered to our hotel suite. After the last debacle, I was nervous, but I could tell from his explanation that he knew exactly what he was doing. The next day I received a call letting me know my wedding dress was ready and was being delivered to our room. As I opened the door, I saw my beautiful dress EXACTLY how it was meant to look. It was gorgeous! There was no trace of any of the previous issues. I dont know how they did it, but Dan and his staff saved the day! I really dont know what I would have done without them. I worked with so many vendors to make our wedding day special and I can honestly say, Dan and his team take the cake! Marstan Cleaners is a family operated business and they treat their customers like family. My family doesnt trust anyone else..and now I know why. Big thanks to Dan and the entire Marstan Cleaners staff for all of your help and for making me feel beautiful inside and out on our big day!

I needed a dress altered ASAP and called around 20 dry cleaners/tailors this past Labor Day Sunday not very confident I would get a hold of anyone. I finally called Marstan Cleaners and a very friendly voice answered. I explained my dilemma, and without hesitation Daniel told me he would be there for about 3 hours (the cleaners were actually closed that day) and he would be able to start the measurements and get the process started so I could have my dress rushed and ready by Thurs. My 2 friends and I made the trip to Manasquan from Parlin, and sure enough, Daniel opened up for us, and began the measurement process. I cant begin to say how appreciative I am that he went out of his way to help me-its rare nowadays. I dont think there is any question where I (or my friends) will be going for any dry cleaning/alterations in the future. Thank you Daniel-you just made 3 new customers! :)

I am so very disappointed by this cleaner now. My first experience with them was perfect. However, the second time was horrible. I sent them 3 sweaters to be dry cleaned and this time they messed it up royally--two of three sweaters shrank 1-2 sizes and on another one the texture of the garment was totally different. They were definitely not dry-cleaned, but actually laundered as usual with water--thats the only reason there would be shrinkage I imagine. Now Im stuck with having paid them to ruin expensive wool sweaters that had otherwise lasted me years and years. Very disappointed. Whatever you do dont go here take your business elsewhere.

I use Marstan Cleaners for everything. And I live 20 minutes away- totally worth the drive. When you find a place you trust you stick with them All my dry cleaned items come back perfect and Dan is insanely knowledgeable about cleaning and getting stains out. I appreciate his honesty when hes told me its probably smarter to buy a new dress rather than have it cleaned, when I presented him with a dress I loved but had seen better days. I have had clothes repaired, resewn and everything always comes back perfect and quick

Dan from Marstan Cleaners does great work and gets many compliments from his customers. He is not only a cleaner of clothing, but does repaires and works on other items like shoes, handbags, wedding dresses, valuable items with emotional meanings. They are a family business that has been around for many years. Dan is a quiet gut, but his work speaks for itself. Marstans Cleaners has demonstrated a clear focus on excellent customer service, honest and straightforward communication and quality cleaning service. Marstans is a throwback to the days of our parents and grandparents where people took pride in their work and service. I have used Marstans for years and have never been disappointed. They did a quality job on some valuable comforters and curtains. No job has been too large or small. The people at Marstans are pros.

My daughters wedding dress was taken right from the reception and placed in a garment bag ,stains and all. When I took it out fifteen years later, the underarms were discolorer, food stains and wine stains were everywhere. I left it with Dan of Marstan Cleaners. He was not optimistic and I understood why. Fifteen year old stains! The dress looks like new. How did Dan do that? He is worth every penny. Thanks Dan

Marstan Cleaners is the best! Ill always take my dry cleaning, alterations, odor removal, shoe cleaning, purse repairing needs here. Not only does he treat our clothes with more respect than I, myself, do, were also on a farm and a couple of times a year, my dog scares up a skunk-I know Dan cringes when I come in with my barn clothes, but he gets the skunk odor out every time. I used Marstan Cleaners to clean my daughters wedding dress. I had brought the dress to two other cleaners in the area. They said the dress was too delicate and could not be cleaned. I showed the dress to Dan and he said no problem that he could handle the job. One week later I got the dress back, it was clean and as beautiful as before it was worn. Horrible service! I highly discourage using their dry cleaning services. was looking for professional dry cleaning for two business dresses that had only been worn once. Not only did Marstan completely destroy both dresses but the owner also refused to offer any form of compensation. Use their services at your own risk. I would not recommend giving them anything of value.
