I’m extremely disappointed with garment repair service and customer service! I had leather skirt repaired, it came back looking distorted and in a worse condition that it was left there previously to be fixed. The seam was crooked and pulled and when I said that the job wasn’t done nicely the lady at the counter said “well that is what happens when you rip the leather “ it wasn’t even ripped the seam started coming apart! She was rude and wouldn’t even give a second of her time to acknowledge how horrible the skirt looks, $200 leather skirt is not even wearable anymore! Customer service was disgraceful, job was done poorly and now I have to find a real place that is honest and does a good job. Please do your research before you bring you garment there!!!

I was had a stuck Zipper on my older Columbia Winter coat. Great warm water repellant coat. I was passing by Lapels on Brick stopped thinking I needed a new zipper put in and debating if the cost was going to be high (double zipper). I brought the coat in and after the manager and the alteration Woman spent a good 15 minutes with the zipper and they fixed it. When I asked how much it would cost they told me No Charge! I am from the Midwest there I would have not been surprised. Here in Jersey I was shocked. Wonderful cheerful people at Lapels!

The service and staff at Lapels Dry Cleaning are exceptional. I was running late to drop off a suit I needed cleaned for a wedding the next day. I had called several times earlier to let Lapels know I was coming all the way from Florida and needed a suit cleaned last minute. Leslie was willing to wait a few extra minutes after the shop had closed for me to arrive in order to start cleaning my suit right away. They had the suit cleaned ready to go right on time the next day. The prices were reasonable and the service was excellent.

I have tried many different dry cleaners in the past, and all of them dont compare to the quality and service of Lapels!! They pickup and drop-off twice a week to me in Freehold, NJ for NO additional charge!!! I wear $2,000 suites and i wouldnt trust anyone else with them! I never had a problem, and I always had my deliveries and pickups on time by them!!

Lapels pick up and deliver our garments at our office. Their staff is friendly and accommodating and their quality of work is excellent. I sent a St Johns knit dress last week and they did a beautiful job. I love that they also take shoes for repair.
