What a joke! Brought in a brand new suit for a quick press before a funeral. I returned the next day, paid, and all was fine I thought. When I got home and took a closer look the suit Was not mine. I immediately returned to correct the mistake and that is when I thought I was on one of those hidden camera shows. The nice lady was now no longer nice. She insisted the suit was mine. Ha. Different color and different size. I waited patiently as she punched in her computer and returned with the same answer. " this is your suit". I asked for my money back and would just l leave based on the timing and circumstances. She refused and said I paid and that was my suit. Maybe the most ridiculous experience of my life. Be very careful. She does not truly value your business and will NEVER admit she made a mistake.

Called to get the price of cleaning of a suit and she asked if Ive never been there before, I said no, thats why Im asking for the price and she asked what did I pay elsewhere; when i said id simply like to know the cost of the cleaning for a suit she refused to give me pricing and hung up.... Never, have I ever encountered such a rude and shady business owner. Id give zero stars if I could. Very shady behavior.

So sweet, friendly, and welcoming. Very reasonable prices, and quick time frames. Some of my stuff had some tough dirt and stains, but they did an excellent job and made my clothes like new again. Definitely would recommend! -Mary Miceli
