Im not about giving one star reviews, but... Ive use to be pick-up/drop-off service customer here for several months. Not anymore... They killed all my clothes. Not properly washing but drying really good. Missed a lot of clothes! Have to go K-mart again to by new T-shirts now. Last time they (look like) didnt use detergent at all. Everything smells kind of lamb fat out of laundry bag... Not even talking about softener smell, which I paid for. I took some pictures of "bleached" whites right from delivery.. All those "whites" gone to garbage right away... Terrible service... Sorry, really sorry....
