If I could give this place less than 1 star, I would. I took two dresses to be dry cleaned. I told the lady that I needed the dressed by 7am the next day. The lady took my dresses and assured me that they would be ready the next day at 7am. The following day, I went to pick up the dresses at 2pm. When I got there, I was charged and I paid (before I even got the dresses). I was told that the dresses would be right out. After 5 minutes, I asked where the dresses were and I was told that they were getting bagged. After another 5 minutes, I asked again where the dresses were and another lady came from the back and told me that only 1 of the dresses was "ready" and they were finishing it up, that it would only be another 5-10 minutes. When I asked about the other dress, I was told that it wasnt ready either. The second dress had not even been washed. I was very upset at this point, because I needed both dresses for an event that very same day. Finally, the owner came out and the first thing he said to me was - and I quote - "Ugh, you dont have to sit there with that face on." He was completely rude, disrespectful and demeaning. He tried to explain that the lady never told him they were "rushed" and that she went home with a stomach virus and never told anyone else that the dresses needed to be done by 7am. In response, I told him that I did not care because that was just poor management and poor communication on their end. He did not apologize and he did not offer to a full refund. Do NOT go here. There is literally another (and BETTER) cleaners right across the street from it or you can just drive an extra quarter of a mile and go to Cleaner America (THE BEST in the area). They are irresponsible, disrespectful, and unreliable.

Very nice staff. Celeste is the best. Highly recommended spot to get tailored and cleaned. Only negative I can say is the parking area....not big enough. The owners can be a little off but the staff makes up for it.

I just started going to classic cleaners i like this place very clean your clothes gets done on time the staff is great its. Little experience but its worth it and the parking lot is tiny
